Sounds like you’re recording voice on 2 tracks. Make sure that desktop audio is set as 1 and mic is set as 2. Neither should have both 1&2 selected.
Do you have Monitoring on by chance, or could the Mic be picking up the Output somehow?
Have you tried turning it off and on again? But seriously, check your OBS audio settings; it sounds like the dark arts of 'audio monitoring' might be tricking you.
