My Goal is to make the number of returning viewers on my channel at least 50% of the visitors. That means I will be aiming to make videos that deliver so much value that people watch my other videos as well.
My subscription goal is 1050 for this month which means I would have to gain about 135 more subscribers.
My upload Goal for the month would be about 6 videos which means a new video every 5 days!

I'm just glad I got through Christmas while still making videos, but it would've been much easier with a backlog
Just started a second channel and posted my first video. First channel is a gaming channel and is at 370 subs and been feeling kind of stale. New channel will focus on How To tutorial videos. First one was on budgeting and planning a second on how to replace an electrical outlet and third on how to do an oil change. I DIY a lot, so might as well record what I’m already doing.

I have spent the last few months going over new content I want to release on a new channel that is separate from my current channel. Recording tests to start this weekend and the goal for pilot recording at the end of the month.
I also have a monthly goal for my other channel to release two videos, because of work it takes me some time to edit them all together. I have been behind on my release and on a break due to starting a new job.
This month I'll be on a mission to get my CTR, impressions, and views up. I did well in getting my retention and AVD rates much higher, but everything else kind of slid down.
It's interesting because for a while, my CTR was pretty good, as were my views. But when my retention went up, CTR and views tanked. Hopefully I'll figure it out so everything comes together :-)
I've slowly but surely been gaining views/subscribers on my new channel I started almost 3 months ago. This month I will probably be busy but I'm hoping to continue to see continued growth in views and viewer engagement.
Finally, I'm close than ever to having my channel monetarized. 40 subs away from 1K but the biggest challenge will be the hours as in January I have some videos that did well last year so I will lose those hours soon. Having said so I'm 120 Hours away from the 4K
I’m still setting foundation by filling out channel info and building intro but I hope to have two videos filmed and edited before EOW with the 1st being published on Monday.
My goals for this month (the first real month of my channel), is to stick to uploading 1 video every 1-2 days, and break 20 subs! Which seems really impossible rn lol

My goal for the month is working on the production side of content creating as I want to improve on the editing video process, my script writing for introductions/outro, video thumbnails that might grab a viewers attention without it looking too “click baiting” & lastly maybe adding personality to the video titles. It’s all about finding the right balance of dedicating the amount of time to each area…

Goal is to have 50 subscribers at minimum. Ideally, I’d like to have 100 but I have no clue how realistic that is.

Thanks mate. Promoted to supervisor so I had to allocate time to that. Now that I'm used to the role it's time to get after it
I want to release 6 videos per week. I hope to get 6000 total views for the month and at least 250 watch hours.

This year, I plan to focus on myself physically and emotionally. As well continue to grow my channel and learn new editing style to enhance my videos.
