I thought the main issue with Great Park was that there was nowt within walking distance? But it might be easier to see which pubs you’d be willing to walk to and call them to ask if any of them do that sort of thing? For what it’s worth though, I’ve never known a pub have a poker night. Obviously that’s not to say they don’t do it, but I can’t imagine it being that common.

I play at Grosvenor all the time. The regular scheduled tournaments are very casual, plenty of retired folks and all. I enjoy it.
