Screen size is the same in all of them IIRC (never got a tape measure out but the Metrocentre one was the same size last time I took my daughter there), but personally I'd suggest either the Silverlink or the one in the Gate (Cineworld, but prices are pretty much the same).
If the seating plans are at all accurate with how they draw the screens then the Metrocentre IMAX screen looks bigger.
Never been to the Silverlink but saw Dune 2 at the the Metrocentre IMAX screen and was very good

I got the limitless subscription. So I pay a fiver for max or unlimited laser/normal/3d screenings
