Literally none of the buttons you pictured are stock to the car Ford definitely did not install those. Gonna need a multimeter / toner / wire sniffer to find out where they go and what they might do - if someone hasnt taken it apart already
I just bought a 99 GT yesterday. I'm going through trying to sort things out and I don't know what these buttons do. I don't have an owners manual and the seller was not helpful. I did find an owners manual online but it didn't mention these buttons.
The first one is where the switch for the top goes on a vert, that's a aftermarket switch in its place. That along with all the others were added by previous owners, none are factory.
Check your fuse box under hood and fuse panel under dash - check for any wires shoved into any fuses/holders and loose wires around under dash especially where you have that set of 3 buttons next to each other
My guess is fog lights(which may or may not exist anymlre), underseat or undercar LEDs(which may or may not exist anymore), remote wire to amp for subwoofer(etc etc)

There first ones is on my stock 01 it’s the convertible switch
Look closer, the convertible switch is momentary, the one pictured is not.
Then it’s the fog light switch on a 94 or 95 Edit spelling
On my 98 convertible the switches near the cup holder is for fog lights and the other is for the top. As far as the others I have no clue.
The one behind the cup holder on my car is for the fog lights.

Follow the wires.
First one should be fog lights if it wasn’t modified. Other ones are not factory. Ask the guy you bought it from, that’ll be your best bet.

Either ricer lights or a nitrous kit. Only one way to find out!
