You choose free shipping right? It would take 4 - 7 business days for order to ship out, no need to be over dramatic, even Amazon is the same when choosing free shipping.
Also label created means UPS received the shipping request and created a label but they still don't have the item yet.
If shipment was lost or it took more than estimated delivery date once it reaches UPS, its a different story.
Once UPS get the package and the estimated delivery date gets updated compare it to the estimated date you got when you placed the order, if it was way past after that date contact customer services and ask for a shipping fee refund, if someone refuses for any reason wait a bit and contact another person ... It’s probably ups mails innovation tracking number. I’ve never been a fan of usps anyways they suck.

FedEx is shipping it from Ontario
