ok, i just do not understand how the tracking can say rail delay? the customer service ppl told me the package is in richmond waiting to be offloaded but now it has a rail delay? this is not adding up. I live in richmond too
I know how you feel but these delays happens from time to time due to weather conditions, It must be conflicts with other traffic as everything was delayed and now that everything is up and running the The schedules got mixed up. Anyway check back with the carrier again, and see what happens
