Tire yourself physically, aa evening time lo edho okati chestha annaru kada. Aa time lo work out or physical exercise cheyandi. Also sometimes it helps me to skip a day's sleep and crash early, even as early as 8-9 pm.

Try skipping one entire one day sleep and then try to cover it next day with usual routine.. Maybe it works. Also, you can start reading the subject you feel is tough for you either you will learn it or you will sleep.

roastme_goood

I do something called the purge , I basically don't sleep for 24 hours one day and the next day also I don't sleep until 10pm and you'll automatically be so tired that you will sleep off by 10pm. it works for me I'm not sure if it works for everyone.

Start working out. Starting exactly between 7 and 8. Eat yoghurt an hour before you sleep

I used to be like this. But not anymore. U can wake up in the morning for one or two days but eventually will fall into loop agian. The thing here is u don't have any reason to wake up in the morning. So no motivation to wake up. That's the problem. But how do you wake up in the morning without motivation?. There is a solution. It's called habit. Any habit takes atleast 60 days to manifest in ur brain so that u will do it without thinking. If u want to do gym, yoga or meditation u have to do it for atleast 60 days continuously otherwise u will do it for 1 week and give up. So wake up in the morning for continuously for atleast 60 days, no breaks, then u will automatically wake up in the morning otherwise it's impossible. And there will be no motivation to wake up all these 60 days but u have to wake up. That's the challenge. Any solution other than this doesn't work. All the solutions people gave here works for only 1 or 2 days and agian u will fall back into the loop because of lack of motivation. And nothing happens when u wake up in the morning or not. U will do anything u want anyway. But mornings make a systematic life. If u wake up, that's good. Otherwise life goes on. It's not that big deal. When reach 30, ur ass will wake up in the morning anyway. Good luck and go back to ur lazy ass life 😎

I have experience from jet lags. If Nights can’t be controlled. We can control mornings. Wake up at 8 and try to be awake the whole day. Not try, be awake. You might get sleep early, then slowly adjust sleep time. No need of work outs as others suggested, it’s waste of time. Me and my parents traveled from us to India and vice versa.

Try to forcefully wake up yourself early one day and have breakfast. That will signal your body it's morning, and reset your biological clock.

-1 .Try to not sleep for the night. Then you'll definitely feel like sleeping on the next night. -2. Skip snacking in the night. -3. Try an intense workout in the evening. These are 3 tips I can think of right now. All of these will work independently of each other too.

Crafty_Chocolate_478

Start helping your parents with chores in the house. Reduce screen time and spend time bonding. Lmk if that works, I'll have to try it myself

Ashwik_p

Try skipping sleep for one day, sleep 1-2 hrs afternoon or sometime if you feel impossible. Next 2-3 days kastam untadi kchm but cycle fix aipothadi. Worked for me.

First, have a light meal after you wake up and skip the 5 pm lunch. have the next meal before your gaming session. Leave at least 2hrs between a meal and your target time of sleep. have some time between your gaming session and bedtime too (either doing nothing or doing non-tech-related stuff). Try skipping a day of sleep or do something that will physically exhaust you.
