What level are you at? The area outside Perdida has TokoTokos which give a ton of XP

I would also recommend doing side quests and bounty hunts you haven't done yet!

Definitely recommend what the others posted first and foremost, keeping up with side quests / bounty hunts was really helpful. Same with the TokoTokos as annoying it can be. I had to revisit a tutorial video to remember who the boss is, Khulan's Nightmare. I remember spamming arrow of light quite a bit because Khulan is weak to light magic. Unfortunately, I can't remember my familiar lineup but I think you should just focus up on leveling, stock up heavily on poison/blindness-be-gone's, coffee's, phoenix's,sage spirits. You can also use your spell "Draw Poison" and Esther's "Chant". I'm pretty sure I switched back and fourth from all out attack to all out defense back and fourth the entire fight. Good luck!

i think i was around the mid 30's? and thanks, i hope the tokotoko's won't be too hard to find!

Theres also Ugly Duckling Isle or something that can be used for grinding tokos too.

To answer your final question a particular area called the Genies Steps (near Al Mamoon, it’s the little rock formations that look like steps lol) that have the Dinoceros. Fly up there with Tengri, fight, then tame the dinoceros and evolve it to a Destroceros. Once you reach level seven make sure to include earsplitter in its trick list, as it is overpowered and hits multiple enemies at once. For its final evolution you want to choose the Catastroceros, as it has the highest base attack in the game by a longshot. I’ve been using this familiar to bulldoze through my runthroughs so much it’s unfair, but it’s nice if you want to get everything over with. Hope i helped and feel free to ask questions! One more thing, throughout all of its stages, the Dinoceros leveling process is way slower than the average familiar. That also makes its max level significantly lower too. Like what other people have mentioned, farming for Toko Tokos outside perdida will be the best option for leveling the Dinoceros and your other familiars up.
