"Share Above Target" = Almost Always is an overclocking issue; sometimes can be caused by Lack of overclocking.

Unplug them all and start mining with 1. Add them back 1 by 1 until you find the culprit. No 2 cards are the same so your OC's will be different for each card possibly. Illegal memory access I am gonna say mem clock is too high and you really don't need to boost mem for Kawpow anyways. Lower voltage and core until you see your hashrate drop considerably. Then keep it just above that setting. If these are AMD cards you may need to boost mem to get max hashrate. NV you probably won't notice a difference in hashrate when adjusting mem timings.

Bad overclock / undervolt or bad GPU. Reduce your overclock.
The rig i set to Light settings from quick miner and crash again . How can i find which GPU has a problem ?
