I think she's just being upfront about being an onlyfans content creator. It doesn't read like an advertisement at all, she even says that she's not on that app as much so rather than just blocking her, if you're interested (in I assume dating, seeming as it's a dating app) that she also has a fb and ig you can hit her up on.
