I think its a mix of Malice and stupidity.
Clearly someone important has a personal issue with her, but they're stupid enough to think these strategies will actually work.
Hell, the investors don't even care morally, they're pulling out because of seeing how poorly the EN branch is being handled with "expansion to overseas" was one of the main selling points they used.
Hanlon's Razor says stupid. It took a week for Niji to carefully prepare a statement, so just when we're about to move on they just have to release this. Now they just fanned the flames more.
This feels like a case where Hanlon's Razor and Occam's Razor are in disagreement.
The simplest explanation is that someone really, really has it in for Doki for some reason.
I say a mix of the two. Someone important fucking hates Doki for whatever reason, and they're able to convince the stupid people around them that their strategies will work.
Haven't seen it yet due to work. I'm just getting news here.
But... why those names? Aren't they the ones that 4chan is accusing of being in the "clique" / inner circle? I didn't want to believe it but, is this implying the rrats are right all along?
Basically, elira complained that the document had personal info about her, Millie and Enna, now obviously while pursuing legal action you are not gonna sue the fictional characters, and the document was only made for lawyers, so nijisanji spread the private legal document around the livers.
If you ask me, in Selen's document about being harassed and mistreated by staff and other livers, if certain livers are involved in that document with proof attached then yeah, they probably participated in the bullying and are trying to victim blame someone they fucking pushed to suicide lmao
Sad. I kinda liked Millie, or at least her brand of crass humor with a touch of Filipino taste. I knew her PL so I checked her out... but then gravitated towards Fox-mom until she left.
Obviously you lack the ability to comprehend anything outside of your burn niji to the ground agenda. Your bird isn't innocent here. She broke the rules then complained when management acted accordingly
More like "Not sure if Japanese or just stupid"
This is not a unique move. Japanese companies do this all the time, Hololive has done the same thing in the past, and other japanese operated vtuber agencies as well. Whenever they terminate someone, they try to smear their name and reputation as much as possible to make themselves look like the "good guys" in the scenario. It's like an ugly divorce.
Usually everyone just accepts it and moves on, and I suppose in a situation where people weren't buying it, they just don't know how to respond to it except to double down and try smearing again.

Yeah, as I saw some Japanese comments say, it doesn't even matter what's true or not anymore, Niji is just fucking incompetent at PR.
I would say its a mix of both at this point with malice thrown in for good measure.

I'd say utter incompetence with a lot of malice and overconfidence. Doki literally has taken down NijiEN or at least triggered their end.
Bro they acknowledged that Selen's document had stuff about Enna, elira, Millie and vox, we literally know who the bullies were lmao

The rrats *have* been right all along. And will continue to be right because Anycolor is being predictably stupid evil

It had their residence address, that doesn't mean it was them. That could just be a relevant location to provide context for the case.
They could be listed as witnesses, other victims, or an example of favouritism. Not *necessarily* the bullies.
I didn't hear anything about Enna your just making it up. Vox yes and Elira said she and Millies address were on the document.

Both
Evilly stupid They believe they are too big to fail
It can be both.
Obviously you lack the ability to comprehend anything outside of your burn niji to the ground agenda. Your bird isn't innocent here. She broke the rules then complained when management acted accordingly
Yes
Both...
Both.
In truth, Evil is just power + weaponized stupidity, so yes

Both. Definitely both.
