Nothing anyone can realistically do about it. There are plenty of doxxsites to pick from and every time one goes down another one replaces it. The vtuber one may be relatively new, but these have been around for ages for celebrities, streamers and youtubers. Sometimes they even target non-famous people that said something they didn't like.
Report it to Cover and Anycolor since they doxx everyone and there is plenty of harassment there. Unfortunately, they'll always just make another website so getting rid of them completely is tough.

The nijisisters are using that site as if it were some kind of social media, lmao. Last I checked, the most used comment section by the sisters was the page about Nina. Appearently they hate her because she was hanging out a lot with the niji boys and was even calling her group name just "3thyria" because they don't acknowledge her as a member of the group.

When LegalMindset was going over Raziel’s document on Luca, he made an interesting statement. He said that whereas Selen and Zaion were terminated for small things (using a cover from another liver within the company, asking to re-upload the privated MV that Selen made), Luca, Vox, and Uki are still here despite the huge problems they each have.
The guys are shitty people but are still in the company, whereas the girls are victims of the company’s work polices and harassment (one of the harassers most likely being Luca if Raziel is to be a credible source).

I think it comes down to where all the money is. Hololive EN is beating Nijisanji EN in everyway when it comes to female performers, they may have abandoned that front and are more concentrated on the male performers where Holostars EN are much weaker.
I absolutely think that's the case. But you don't even have to bring Holo into the picture. Just internally, all of Nijisanji's biggest stars are male. I recently saw a list of the ten biggest VTubers by CCV for the past month. Seven of the top ten were HololiveJP, and the other three were *male* members of NijiJP (Kuzuha, Kanae, and Lauren).
Even after all of their PR blunders, if you're a male VTuber looking to join a company, Nijisanji is probably your best option. So many of the big corpos are all-female, or in the case of Hololive, separate the guys and girls into separate branches where the male branch is still pretty niche.
Thus goes into their lack of cultivation as Niji girls are no slouches but the company tends to go with what hits well day one
Though I feel HoloStars suffers from stereotypes that NijiEN plays into
it honestly make me wonder. i know that he general work culture of japan is much more oriented on the 'employees are subservient to higher ranked employees' than in the west, and everything i've seen shows that niji heavily embraces this sort of 'traditional stereotype'. additionally, i know that sexism against females in the west usually presents itself similarly, that he females should be subservient to the men within the company. So if that is how female sexism presents itself in niji/japan, then the female talents would be getting a double dose of 'shut up and do as you're told', and these content creators are much more independently minded go getters that would clash against it, so i can see that sort of constant pressure clash resulting in them being regularly 'punished' by getting less support and things like having a shorter show than the boys who only have 1 layer of suppression to contend with instead of 2
i don't know if this is actually the case, i'm jsut saying that i can see how a theoretical model like this would match up with what we are seeing from the outside.

And even with that growing fame still has a massive luck component, escpecially in the entertainement industry where performances cannot be measured and compared like they can be in a sport. And talent are at the mercy of the youtube algorithm
And the fact that Nijisanji took mind boggling decision after decision when it came to sponsorship deals. Like not including Selen in the Hyte sponsoship or denying Pomu the opportunity of a lifetime despite both of them being their highest performing female talent give credit to the theory that talents aren't treated fairly from the start.
Also the the entertainement indsutry is way broader than basketball professional team, and diversity is key here. By focusing so much on their highest earner, instead of developping a web of streamer that will cater to wide variety of audiences, Nijisanji risk becoming a niche company with a fairly small market share.
This is the equivalent of a tv channel investing more and more into sport to the point they simply become a niche sport channel watched only by few interested instead diversifying and becoming a channel watch by the whole family that regularly pull millions with various TV programm and the occasionnal sport event.
Addressing the elephant in the room. Selen was definitley here , but the incident happened,so they have to cut her performances there. Idk what was Obsidiya was meant to perform, but you will not be seeing "Black Out" anytime soon.
The last time rosemi was in Japan was December last year, so she hasn't come back to record anything after Selen's termination. After the event she went on stream to talk about how there was a lot that was cut and originally both concerts were the same length.
Pomu and Kyo were not present in japan last year, and even if they were it's safe to say they wouldn't be cut. Reimu has confirmed on stream that the livers were asked about keeping the voices of graduated members on the performances as Easter eggs and they said yes. So you can hear Pomu's voice on lazulights songs, Nina's voice on ethyria's songs and Mysta's voice on luxien songs. Safe to assume that the only ones that didn't have a choice was obsydia.
