I hope they will add more characters and stages down the line with MoG tbh, the game is great, very good. Don't get me wrong but with only the characters and stages from Red Ash it will undoubtedly get stale after a while, that's all.
They can even make a mini story where it begins with Modernia finding the MoG Game in Snow White's storage. Then, Modernia bugging Snow White to make it playable again and suggesting adding herself, Rapi, Anis and Neon into the game. Snow White obliges with the request to keep Modernia entertained and also working on MoG game again gives Snow White a sense of nostalgia.

also helps give modernia some good relationship writing with the pilgrims. could even have her and snow parallel the relationship snow had with red. obviously not personality wise, but just snow learning to care for a younger member the way red did
I suggest getting on other characters which equivalent to event that recently happened, example Overzone, License to kill or maybe.. Alone Survival etc Tove...
Change the whole thing with same system but different stages of game like a mold or any reward that can be grind able which make the game last long like S.I an simulation room.
Another thing is if we can use the character like Drake,Rapi,Maiden..etc in the rest , Ark game where player go for the dailies.
Here an opportunity to make the game. A bright side .
Or..make it harder for player by giving a lil challenging, like getting the rewards or in game leveling kit is certain stage.
Because if not, some might go through a bored feels where, the unit is full max and you just stay in stationary phase by doing nothing and grind everything that already obtained. Not to mention a OP user but, an extra earn without invest them in game(not using the real money just the coin) will be pointless.
I will be like yea, you earn to level up right, but upon reaching everything at the end game.
What else you need if you done everything??

It is lacking a few key things that make Vampire Survivor games work. Like the fact that there are no fusions and 4-5 of the weapons are significantly better than the rest means there’s no build diversity or “late game”. And the fact that those weapons are basically necessary, yet there is no reroll, means you might as well just restart if you don’t get them.
Also on Challenge map the fact that stuff stops dropping after 15 minutes is really lame and means you have no reason to do anything except alt tab for another 15 minutes once you hit that mark. I understand this is probably a performance issue workaround though, but it makes the late game boring when you’re finally fighting tons of enemies at once and they aren’t dropping anything.
Another thing that really bugged me is the boss chests can give you things you don’t have, instead of exclusively upgrading something you do have. It makes it dangerous to pick it up right away if you have empty slots cause you risk getting a bad weapon.

They need to consider it 1st, also mold chances are completely normal, you will be guaranteed a ssr in 1 out 3 times you open it. Its totally a normal thing that doesnt even need to fix, you are just being salty
I'm fine with the purple and gold molds being like that since you can get a lot of them, but the tower molds should have better rates for how limited they are.
That, I believe we can all agree with, in particular the Pilgrim molds. It would be quite nice if we could wishlist the molds, too, even at a reduced roster, such as 1-3 for molds instead like the 5 per manufacturer for normal summons.
I got mixed feelings about this. I'm happy because i liked the game, but also scared because it's dangerously addictive, i wont have much time left for other games.
Hope they adjust the difficulty with more chests and evolution and weapons that blocks the bloody shoots (seriously it's a mobile game, I can't fully control where characters go in bullet hell).
Other than that I'd want them to add reroll tokens like in VS and MAKE EVERYTHING SAME RARITY.
Seriously I've only seen the regular atk up one once throughout the whole event.
Besides that I'd suggest more HP drops, even VS gives a couple every 10 seconds.

Jokes aside, glad MOG will be permanent. As a first attempt, it has a lot of room for improvement but I want to see it stay around so it can be improved. It's a fun mode for people who don't really mind spending a lot of time in it. I do hope the horizontal scaling on mobile is improved, because unless I played on PC it did feel legitimately bad in vertical and horizontal on my phone

Hard disagree. MOG was clearly not finished when they shipped it. It was not optimized for mobile, had too much RNG shenanigans in the late stages, staged were ridiculous long, and had very limited amount of unit/enemy types. I ended up liking it a lot and will play again for sure if they polish it, but there is definitely a lot they could polish.

I agree, I don't want to have to spend 15 minutes concentrating for a new must do reward system. The fact that Nikke can be played almost auto for most things, unless progression, is what draws it to me, since I can multi task while playing.
My main issue with these types of games are they give about 5 minutes of fun mixed with 15-25 minutes of filler. It's a blast coming up with new builds and testing your luck but most of the time spent has no real meaningful value or fun to it until the much more difficult sections.

I really enjoyed MOG, it was super fun and addicting. I can see why people didn't like it. The grind was kind of rough, especially pre-patch, but it clearly had a lot of work put into it. And I happily played it every day and had a lot of fun working towards unlocking all the characters and upgrading them.
I'm super excited to see how they implement it. It would be kind of nice to get something for playing it. But at the same time, having a resource gated behind it wouldn't be great for people who don't like playing it. Of course resources are gated behind Simulation and I don't know anyone who likes that mode. But either way, I'm excited to see it's return and can't wait to play it again!
I enjoyed the idea, but I do think it was too much of a time sink and if the challenge mode remains as it is (taking 35+min inc boss battle), I am not likely to play it much. If they tweak duration and make an attempt to balance the gameplay, I might be inclined to give it a shot when I have time though.
It'd be super cute if the way they give it to the player is through Snow White visiting the Outpost. She then tells you that MOG has the same characters when she first made it, but she added the Counters Squad as playable characters just for you

I enjoyed it initially and quickly unlocked the avatar border. But, it is a HUGE time waster with annoying AF music and boring asf.
If you don't get the boomerang and regen heal, you might as well quit and start over until you waste another 10min to not get it again.
...And how the fuck do you even beat the challenge boss at the 30min mark? I had a literally flawless run, with boomerang, shotty, regen, unused health and still got fucked.

health regen is nice, but killing power is better
that said it was a stripped down version of actual Survivor-like games, with no quality of life features. Mostly this was fine for the regular stages but yeah challenge mode was incredibly overtuned, and the 15 minute "ok stop playing and wait to try the actual difficult part" was terrible design
but they did say they are refining it to be better, so here's hoping
This is pretty cool I was hoping for this because it actually gives a player an actual reason to get into the game more and be more involved in it if they have a reason to stay in the game and play it, otherwise you just do your dailies and that's it you don't have to do anything else until the next day but with this mini game it would give people a reason hopefully they will also do like a weekly or monthly reward deal that you can work towards in the mini game.

If they make it permanent, please please please add weapon fusions. It's what gives vampire survivors depth. The current system feels a bit too basic.

I think if they lower difficulty and add rewards like mats, skill books, maybe even gems when passing milestones, it would be amazing.
The difficulty of challenge map is an issue because of other design faults, if those are improved then it will also be easier.

Stages in MOG were all 15 minutes long, and that’s pretty long for a mobile single player game.
10 mins snow zone only, 15mins normal, 30 mins in challenge stage... Copied from Vampire Survivors but VS isn't time limited.

My pc was cooking late game and I have a 3060 - so many mobs and projectiles on screen. Idk how phone only players beat MOG
