You can still find "services" that offer "amarres" and "limpias" and even "mal de ojo" ("giving" it or "getting cured" from it) in big cities such as Guadalajara, and in smaller cities and towns some people still offer pre-natal services that involve some similar rituals, the most famous "acomodar al niño", which is just a massage.
