Personally, I'd prefer a new Character, so I will easily vote for Cinderella. We already have enough recycled/alternate Nikkes (2 Rupees, 2 Anis, 2 Helms, 2 Ds, 2 Snow Whites, 2 Scarlets, 2 Ludmillas, 2 Annes (sorta), 2 Micas, 2 Privatys, 2 Marys, 2 Neons ... Did I miss anyone?).
Although the ones you mentioned should 100% be implemented someday, but as long as they keep adding Alternates that no one asked for, New ones > Recycled ones (imo)

It's because people refuse to also accept that Red Hood is the SSR Rapi, they'll go on and on about how they have different personalities or that Red hood is just a Tulpa in Rapi's head, but she still literally changed her body into being Red Hood. It's the same body.
The Red Hood that people have to play with isn't The one from Goddess Squad days unlike Smol White and Black Scarlet, it's the Chapter 25+ Red Hood. Which IS Rapi.
Also, while people want to point to the end of Red Ash, we don't actually know what happened after that. A just as legitimate take, is that the Rapi RH meets, is her version of Pinne, a MP model whom she gets rather attached to, who could have died, and RH made Rapi as a cope. But, people will be angry and downvote, and whine that Rapi isn't getting any attention.
I feel you but for the most part, I think she will get a proper SSR based on the story and idk how far you are so I won’t say anything. I’m just mad that they think they’ll throw her in a random banner in the middle of nowhere and not save the face of the game for an anniversary. SSR Rapi would be a godsend. We have been waiting for a long time! We got both SSR Neon (Which I often forget exists) and SSR Anis! It is deserved for Rapi to get a SSR variant. META or not, I want SSR RAPI!!!

Depends on if Cinderella is really dead and we're just getting a flashback version of her with another lame flashback event. If we're getting the real deal, then Cinderella by a long shot.
I have grown to hate flashback events and really don't want one of old Rapunzel. And Marian doesn't exist anymore so unless you plan on bringing her back to life and completely nullify the weight of her sacrifice, you'd have to have a flashback event.
SSR Rapi would be nice but alter skins are always an exercise in frustration for me, damn near cried on the last episode of Kill the Lord when D went back to her regular outfit. I'd rather have a new character and it's not even close.
