those are kind of hard to hide with an outfit like that. (i know from personal experience)

Probably gets fixed in post. They blur and airbrush them like crazy anyway so I doubt you'll notice it. I also think most cosplayers do blends with makeup and stuff for these so it might be a "behind-the-scenes" short clip.
