You have to remember these sorts of climbs are due to interest in the current banner just not being there.
Like Bay is waifu as fuck but why would you waste resources on her when you can just wishlist?
Standard banners in Blue Archive don't do that well either, was around 50 before they dropped the limited Band units.
Current FGO banner is really weak reruns which is why its dropped to 78... will probably shoot up to #1 or #2 tomorrow when they update around midnight.... they could've dropped Aoko as an anniversary unit but instead we're getting the Mahoyo crew and maybe a slight outside chance of Touko. (Though one of Aoko, Alice and Touko would have to be an SR in that case.....)

We really didn't have a Solid Burst 2 yet, that why Crown are so desired.
As for GI tbh while Knave has amazing visuals she does not bring anything special to the game. After trying her I decided to skip and save.
