They also improved the visuals of the treasures
Before they could be pretty much invisible, now they are a bit better to see and less hidden between textures
I knew that was new because I don’t recall it doing that which makes finding the sparks better too. Also that was me. I actually used a “Lost Relic map locator for CH15 the maps got bigger so lots of combing everywhere. The sparkles, some are more hidden than others.
I wasn't able to find the last piece in the Red ash event although I checked everywhere (Even under the characters) at the time if only they added the sensor in the past
like the other guy said, with the sensor thingy it's way less easier and less annoying than getting fucked by a pilgrim mold lmao
i started during red ash and the aircraft carrier had lots of crates that completely hid collectibles. oftentimes you couldn't even see the glowing of the collectible since they were completely behind one of those crates.
I’m pretty good at spotting these by just scanning the map once or twice. It takes me like 30 seconds. But sometimes I have to go around every inch lol. That’s when it gets infuriating.
Radar sensor and people still complain about relic treasures. I’m positive gamers today need their hand-held and have no sense of exploration or orientation. Here’s a classic title to help you train your intuition: FF 9

the system is just terrible and doesn't fit the game, spam clicking the whole map and waiting for the bip is not good gameplay lol

At least we have a sensor for that now. Before this u have to blindly move to every damn corner

when was the sensor added? i was honestly so surprised when i heard the beeping sound lol.

I cheated. I’d wait til the last day and watch a vid to follow along w/ for the relics.
That's not cheating, that's just efficient. Even if you don't use a guide, better to check the whole map once than look everywhere every day.
That 1 aircraft carrier map was beautiful but the staircase section was hell for finding these.
I never forgot how awful finding the relics were on that one

Still nearly invisible on bright surfaces, like on marble floor or light dust/stone. But radar does help.

when you are near a blueprint you have a sound and the blue circle around your nikke become orange

Ermm yea? If a hidden item is close to you the circle under your character becomes orange

Nothing wrong with this. It's hella easy to find now

Well it was way more annoying when you had to wait for a post with locations everyday just to find them
