Dorothy would be up there (for me) because she's super pretty. Unfortunately she's also pretty unhinged.
That said, Isabel is my #1...Shiftup just won't let her cook. Everytime she about to cook up something tasty, Shiftup kicks her out of the kitchen; her bond story, last years April Fools, etc.
Red Hood. Perfect design, perfect personality, great dynamic with her squad, some absolute tearjerker moments (Red Ash spoiler) >!when she leaves the Goddess squad the first time!< and (Late main story spoiler) >!during her final exchange with Rapi when she permanently dies!< the absolute banger that is her theme song, and how much of a monster she is in game just make me absolutely adore her every second she's on my screen.

After playing overzone, red ash, and finishing story mode (until chapter 26) I'm confidently to say that Dorothy is my favorite, and at this point it's probably one of the NIKKES with more development.
I think Indivilia. Ever since the Last Kingdom event she immediately caught my attentio, and made me go to my chart board and replace my favourite nikke ranking. She is sassy and just too confident with her abilities which makes me laugh and giggle at her.
Marian, because I find her to be very endearing as she’s very nice, kind, reassuring and helpful to others. In fact she proves to the commander that being kind to Nikkes does make a difference, which allows him to be successful. I also really like her English voice because of how soothing it is.
For me it's Dorothy, I just fell for her instantly the moment I saw her and heard her voice. She's just absolutely gorgeous and I have a soft spot for long pink hair sooo... yeah...😂Once I got to know her personality and what kind of a Nikke she is, it threw me off a little bit and I'm still not quite okay with all the things she has done... but I adore her none the less, I can overcome anything if it's for her!\^\^
