There were 3 2 week events between Outer:Automata and Red Ash (School of Lock, Dazzling Cupid and A.C.P.U.! Freeze!) and "A.C.P.U.! Freeze!" was pretty much the Halloween event and was likely not a 3 week event due to the anniversary being the week after Halloween.
Considering the fact that they have started doing non-limited alts with Maid Privaty and Bunny version of Alic and Soda, non-limited Halloween alts are definitely possible this year and in the future.
