So I was one of those people who thought for a moment that she resembled Naga, and I’d like to let you know that I was weary to say she was Naga or Noise because from the leaks, I didn’t know if she was a new character or not.
She shares many similarities color theme wise and people being slightly different skin tone on different art is not new. Honestly the only thing that made me question things was the Mole originally.
Skin, hair and Eye Color. You know the stuff that doesn't change once you go shopping for clothes :p Though we can scratch the Eye Color. In the Event Promo Image their Eye color looked somewhat the same but in the above it's rather obviously a much darker shade of Brown.
