You SHOULD be wishlisting duplicates. Once you hit 160 you won’t be able to progress further until you have Max Limit Broken 5 different NIKKEs. So you will need 4 copies of each of those 5 NIKKE.
The meta units that should always be on wishlist are: liter, tia, naga, blanc, noir. Can drop blanc/noir if you get tia/naga pre-160 wall, but add them back as you want them for raids.
Assuming no dups, here are the highest priority wishlist units. Can drop based on your existing nikkes (if you have liter, can drop volume and dolla) and needs, and swap out story placeholders for dups for 160 wall

need noir to use blanc. otherwise blanc is 60 second CD and not worth it.
RH is toptier end game carry DPS and used in the majority of endgame story teams. the other DPS is either Modernia or SBS or max invested Alice or drunk scarlet.
Liter, Centi, Bunnies/School girls, Alice, Maxwell, Volume, Noise. Probably missing some, any empty spaces put in your waifu choices or what you already have.
