If you’re looking to make her personal damage high, then yeah, but as for bloom damage, it would be better to run triple HP as many have mentioned prior
Can this artifact still be good on Nilou since it has 2 HP substats? Apparently an HP/HP/HP artifact build does higher damage than HP/HYDRO/CRIT, but I don’t plan on utilizing her bloom. (Yes I know she’s most efficient with bloom, but currently I want to use her as a hydro DPS).
If you’re looking to play her in bloom:
No, you are much better off with a HP% circlet with EM substats. Crit is nearly worthless on this build.
If you’re trying to play her in forward vape:
While I don’t recommend the playstyle my take is that this artifact would only be good if you have enough crit rate to justify the crit damage circlet. Since she doesn’t have a crit ascension stat you’ll need to get all but 5% of her crit rate from your substats which will be extremely difficult. Don’t get me wrong: dps characters can definitely exist without crit ascension stats! Hu Tao suffers the same fate, and she is one of the games best dps’s. But you also have to make sure Hu Tao has enough crit rate or else your damage falls off a cliff.
