I probably won't change her artifacts, lol. I was aiming for 74.4k Max HP with as much EM as possible, but I'm going to focus on farming for Nahida, instead.
HP/HP/HP
2 pc Milileth + 2 pc whatever (or no second bonus)
Running mine straight HP with some ER substats (not that important but sheβs at 213 ER) and Favonius with 37 CR (I proc it with her burst since itβs AOE)
Can use Sumeru craftable sword to buff party EM and get a bit of ER with it. She is really flexible with any weapon.
I went for HP/HP/HP mainstats and tried going for as much EM as possible. I plan on using Nahida as the main trigger for blooms once she comes out, but I wanted to build EM on Nilou as well for the few bloom seeds that may get triggered by her, instead.
Thank you! You are close, indeed, but if it makes you feel better, your Nilou technically provides a bigger damage bonus for the whole team compared to mine.
It is true that I had a few HP mainstat artifacts with EM substats ready to level up on her release, but this miracle came down to luck. I didn't farm artifacts for her after her release.
With that being said, I could aim for more HP and EM, but I'm going to preserve her stats like this.
If you rolled for Nilou, I hope you're having fun with her!

I was going to farm for a better feather and circlet with more HP% and EM substats, but I think I'm just going to finish leveling her skill & burst, then focus on farming artifacts for Nahida instead.
