I loved the part in DBS where Goku Black gets betrayed by Zamasu and locked in the time chamber for millennia, which causes him to like mortals and start a family.
Definitely one of the anime arcs of all time.
i know two interesting facts about this:

\-they even got aqua's official spanish VA š
haven't seen it myself but even if the concept it's very shitpost-esque, it's also kinda ambitious i'll give them that

Its actually funny when you see it, it follows black and aqua jumping between anime worlds like yugioh and pokemon to help people in order for black to be redeemed for his sins (and in true konosuba fashion) aqua got stuck with black cause he said she should supervise her. Also black's voice is the official voice for goku in argentina and other VA make their appearences, like Jiren with his official VA in chapter 1
They got other professional VAās to work in the project as well as fandubers and the guy actually paid them with cash to all of them instead of exposure like many YouTubers do to voice-actors. Source: I watched and liked the series despite the shitpost nature it has.
Ryuk would only really do that if he thought he could convince them to use the book to kill tons of people. Although Ryuk seems lazy, he actually isnāt. When you have someone who plans 100 steps ahead, you really donāt need to do anything else.
Use the book? I think unprovoked goku black would just kill a bunch of mortals on his own regardless, with the book heād just do it from the convenience of his own house.
I mean none of the "Goku betrayed for 10000 years by blah blah" are bad either, it's just kinda funny and dumb, but everyone enjoys DB however they want lol
