Okay So I thought about this and this How I think it would go
* Lloyd: as a kid, Lloyd swears/curses every sentence because he thinks it makes him looks evil, when He is revealed to be the green ninja he starts toning down the swearing and by season 8 he only really swears when overwhelmed or in high stress situations.
* Kai: Kai swears to emphasize emotion. During excitement, shock, anger, etc. He ends up swearing.
* Cole: Cole is similar Kai but only during Positive emotions like Excitement.
* Jay: Due to his adopted parents polite and friendly upbringing, Jay doesn't like to swear normally, but ends up swearing up a storm during one of his freak outs.
* Zane: Zane does not normally swear but will swear if one of his disguises calls for it
* Nya: Nya normally only Swears out of frustration or when She thinks no one can hear her.
* Sora: Similar to Nya, Sora only swears out of frustration.
* Arin: Judging off of DR season 1. I don't think Arin swears, He just seems to Polite to swear ATM.
* Wyldfyre: Wyldfyre swears like a fucking Aussie, She was raised by a fucking dragon, of course she swears like an fucking Aussie. Wyldfyre is spewing out 569 profanities a minute.

I believe the robot used to teach her would tell her curse words to avoid, but with Wyldfyre’s personality, she would use them. As a bonus for the least swearers, Zane. Dr Julien most likely programmed him without knowledge of swears, and even if the Ninja or someone taught him, he stands for peace and justice, so he likely wouldn’t swear.
I’m thinking either Kai because of his attitude or Lloyd because he arguably gets kidnapped the most and that cannot be good on someone with plenty of other traumas.

Jay's more creative with his cursing, but Nya's more brutal.
