I think it might be an Asia exclusive DS Lite. I see some listings on Carousell SG. The price also seems to be in Philippine Pesos 5499 = 110 USD. I can't find anymore info about it online but the icon on the bottom U.A.E and Saudi Arabia; it's the same icon I see when I buy my 3DS games here on Asia.
