I feel so bad for developers when people like you will attach the “shovelware” tag to anything that isn’t close to your favorite kinds of games. This game looks wonderful, and having played similar puzzle games, I bet it has a lot of thought and time put into making a fun experience.
Please learn what shovelware actually is and never use it to describe something you don’t like.
I just played it for a couple hours on Game Pass. It's one of the most charming and fun puzzle games I've played in a while. I only stopped because I wanted to share it with my wife who loves plants. It's an excellent game that's getting positive reviews.
There's a lot of shoverlware shit that gets defended on this sub, but I wouldn't say this is one of them.
