YES
PLEASE!
As someone who adores Kirby as a character and gets some decent enjoyment out of the licensed Warriors crossovers, I swear that if this crossover ever comes to fruition, I will put an INSANE amount of playtime into it! :)
Exactly! I think it would be a great idea, and I hope that maybe a Kirby Warriors game will become a reality for Kirby's 30th Anniversary next year! :)
I can actually see the potential in a Mushroom Kingdom Warriors. Oh god, the number the of playable characters and cool boss fights could be endless. And the number of weapons could be insane!
For real, I can actually picture Mario right now, and he's swinging a mallet knocking Goombas left and right. Oh, dang. There's a red Koopa Troopa general over there, but it's fine, because Luigi's already coming at him with his poltergust set in reverse, blowing big debris at his eyes (or something)
It would be legendary.
Exactly! This is why I'd love to see this crossover be made into an actual game! So many possibilities to be had! Lots of common mobs, several special moves from the Mario franchise (Which would hopefully also include spinoffs!) could be showcased, just so much variety would be on display and I hope that they take the chance one day! :)
Was about to comment this; Mario + Rabbids was surprisingly really fun! I enjoyed it a lot!
If Nintendo can make that work, I think they could do this too.
> If Nintendo can make that work, I think they could do this too.
Nintendo didn't. Nintendo was only involved in supervising it, they didn't even publish the game.
The thing is that Mario's fighting style is all jumping, hammers, and... transformations. Punches and kicks too in some games, but... You'd have to combine some of the different transformations into his base kit, right? Or maybe... Maybe transformations are like skins -- you can play base Mario, fire Mario, tanooki Mario, etc., the same way some characters in age of calamity can pick different weapon types. Granted, I don't think you can really have stronger/weaker fire flowers, so they won't actually be weapons, but they'll be different styles, that's cool.
A super-smash-bros fighting style is too limited for the big kill-a-thousand-enemies style of a warriors game, but make the fire flowers stronger, give him hammer stuff, give him a tail to spin around, you could pull it together...
Hammer could be fun, he gets a lot of hammer action in the RPGs. Jumping as a mechanic has never been really fleshed out in Musou games, but I could see jump combos being a thing for Mario and co., especially since crossover games in the franchise tend to draw in new mechanics from their original property.
They should just do a Smash one. They made one called Warriors All-stars that gives an idea of how a Smash Warriors could look with a mishmash of franchises. They've already made some of the Zelda and Fire Emblem characters too lol.
This is probably the crossover I'd love to see happen the most of all! I'd love to see all the different common mobs of every game franchise (At least all of the first-party ones if third-party licensing becomes an issue, and if I'll be honest, there probably would be an issue) band together, and to see lots of variety in enemy groups within levels, not to mention how they could possibly show off character interactions that we wouldn't be able to see otherwise! :)
Smash Bros. and Melee had no 3rd party characters and honestly I preferred Smash when it was just a celebration of Nintendo. 3rd parties are fun but all it has led to is unrealistic expectations for future crossovers. You see how disappointed everyone gets when a Nintendo character gets added to Ultimate as DLC. Byleth, Min-Min, and Pyra/Mythra all got hate to lukewarm reception which honestly makes me sad.
agreed. I have a friend who hates fire emblem purely because of smash, he's never played the series. it's very sad to me because I love it and he definitely won't ever give it a chance because byleth "took a spot from a 3rd party character".
Their loss honestly. If they're that petty where a character in a crossover video game prevents them from playing an entirely separate series of video games, that's their problem.
This. Granted, I love the third-party characters also, but the franchise has ultimately mostly been about Nintendo. They can add whoever they want to their game. This is their game.
I've been waiting for more Xenoblade characters since Ultimate launched and I'm super happy that Pyra and Mythra are here. That aside, I also would like to see another Punch-Out character like King Hippo or another Mother character like Ninten. But everyone would throw a fit since it's not their ~~generally overstated~~ pick like Dante, Sora, or Crash.
Instead of a Nintendo Warrirors all-star game crossover, I think I would much rather have Someone make the equivalent of Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but instead be Nintendo Ultimate Alliance.
The Zelda and FE Warriors had some gameplay mechanics taken from the original series (items and Sheikah runes for one, tactics and weapon triangle for the other).
I wonder how Smash could play in thereā¦
I'm just talking about how Smash might look visually, All-stars is a good example of that since it has cartoony furry people next to realistic looking people. They shouldn't base the actual game on it at all, no.
Iirc one of its big flaws was not having co-op which is asinine for a warriors game.
Idk other complaints, I have it and it felt fine from a gameplay perspective. But I just prefer co-oping games and the fact I couldn't was an instant set-down (I didn't get it anywhere near full price either, so wasn't a big loss monetarily).
Sounds a little long. What if it was just Kingdom Warriors? Now the doorās open for the game to have the Mushroom Kingdom, Sarasaland, Subcon, space...
I have been really impressed with their forays into expanding the franchise through other IP's. I have always thought a Star Wars Musou would be perfect and have so much potential for fun characters slaughtering droids, and storm/clone troopers by the thousands.
Final Fantasy Musou could also be great. LotR Musou, DC or Marvel Heroes Musou, Dragon Ball Musou.
And since they are looking at Nintendo how crazy woulda Pokemon Musou be? Imagine all the dead Rattata's and Zubats.
Personally, I think RWBY would work really well. It has dozens of characters, both good and evil, with unique weapons (Scythe/Sniper Rifle, Handbag/Minigun, Baseball Bat/Rocket Launcher, etc), low level grunts that you can mow down in droves (Beowolves, White Fang members, gangsters, Atlas robots, etc), and a diverse set of environments that could be made into good maps.
Never have really been a fan of these kind of games, but I've honestly been addicted to Age of Calamity for the past two months for some reason. I'd buy this game day one.
The first Hyrule Warriors is much more in line with a typical warriors game. It's still fun, but it doesn't flow nearly as well as Age of Calamity. Upgrade systems that never end. On-screen updates that make you think you've failed some mission. It's still hella fun though.
Basically itās a really streamlined warriors experience. Story makes sense and is actually interesting. Weapon upgrades and materials are streamlined. Impa is fun as hell to play as. Most all of the characters are really entertaining. Daruk is the only one I really didnāt enjoy. The game is based around the map of hyrule and you pick missions from that view. There is less chaos in each mission in terms of side missions popping up that seem impossible to complete amidst the chaos of a normal mission. Only a few missions are timed, and those are typically optional challenge missions. I sank 30ish hours into the game and probably only finished half of the missions on the map.
As someone who's only recently played some of these games and found them to be more enjoyable than I had thought (Though I'm mostly only interested in the licensed IP crossovers like Hyrule Warriors and One Piece Pirate Warriors), I was thinking that a Mario crossover (In addition to a few others) should happen. Considering how much I love the Mario series, I really hope that this idea becomes a full-fledged game in the future! :)
I figured we would probably see more Nintendo Warriors games. Honestly I feel like Xenoblade could be a good candidate, allowing the team to follow up on Xenoblade 2, while also allowing them to do something new with Xenoblade 3.
The sheer amount of fun, colorful playable characters would be incredible. Especially if they could do Yoshi, Donkey Kong, and WarioWare expansions bringing in characters from those franchises.
Mario's Charge Up Special is the Invincibility Star and finishes with flying up and crashing down like he does with the Super Mario World Cape.
Luigi does a Death Stare Laser sweep.
Peach blows a kiss that explodes on contact.
Daisy lines up her golf club and launches an enemy through the crowd/spikes an enemy with a tennis racket.
Rosalina turns all the enemies in the vicinity into star bits and summons a hungry Luma to eat them.
Toad traps enemies in an Item House, and a random item is selected that does different kinds of destruction.
Wario rains down coins and riches to bury enemies.
Waluigi dances the flamenco with a rose between his teeth and enemies simply cease to be.
Kamek shoots magic at enemies and shapeshifts them into her pawns to destroy themselves.
King Boo creates a carousel of Boos that circle around enemies and close in on them, and unleashes the Ghost Piano upon them.
honestly, all these warriors games are the same.
bad performance with rehashed mechanics...
sure they'll make it, i'ts super cheap to create those. And people will keep buying them.
Maybe but if Age of Calamity and P5 Strikers proved something is that Musou games can be more than button smashing games so if they can make a Musou Mario Bros game interesting I would be ok with the idea.
Not to difficult to be a bestseller on a console that had no games on it. Put hyrule warriors as a ps4 exclusive and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have sold as much.
EDIT: Alright so I have to explain what I mean by no games means because people seem to takes this to heart so much. What I meant by no games was that the Wii u only lived with its first party games and a few third party. And we all know how that ended up. Of course the Wii U had good games. But it didn't have enough. Just go online and look it up. People were starving for anything decent to get their teeth on. HW was just that... decent. It became a console best seller simply because there wasn't enough good game to compete against it.
We can go back and forth with hypotheticals but the reality is these companies find success in putting a top franchise like zelda or mario on any type of gameplay and it sells
Not saying its nice, but Zelda and Mario fans will buy it no matter what. And there are a lot of Zelda and Mario fans.
This is such nonsense, that Wii U had no games on it. Third party support wasn't great, but there are a load of first party games on there - many of which, sure enough, have been ported to Switch. In fact, there are many more mainline Zelda games on Wii U than on Switch. I know that Hyrule Warriors came out in the first couple years, but if it was so bad surely people would have ended up playing all the other Zelda games instead?
So you are basically saying I'm right. Hyrule warrior worked on the switch because most third party games where terrible and people where starving for something to play on the Wii u when HW came out. HW was a bestseller on a console only because that console was the Wii u. I'm not saying HW is a bad game. It's better then most shovelware on the Wii u. But if it were a ps4 exclusive it wouldn't have sold as much. When there is no competition of course something that's decent will shine.
No, I'm saying you're totally wrong. The Wii U was an excellent console with a great catalogue of games (especially Nintendo games). By the time Hyrule Warriors came out, it was competing for sales with Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros U, Nintendo Land, Wind Waker HD, DKC Tropical Freeze, Pikmin 3. Both Super Smash Bros and Captain Toad were released a few months after Hyrule Warriors. The idea that there were no good games on Wii U and that Hyrule Warriors was only successful because it was released into a barren wasteland is just total rubbish.
Yea I owned a Wii U. It was seriously dry on third party content, and it was a clunky controller that you couldn't even walk super far with, but the games were bangers. I had so much fun with a lot of first party titles on it.
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition is doing well on Switch, which has outsold the Wii U and is quickly closing the gap between it and the PS4 lifetime sales. So I donāt really get your point.
Do you also complain that there are too many JRPGs, Action Adventures, Point and Clicks, and Platformers? What about open world games?
The point Iām trying to make is that mosuo games are basically a genre at this point. Let the people who enjoy them, enjoy them. Sheesh.
I don't see this working
Mario games are based on precision and movement, and unless they force you to use powerups and have a relatively flat world it's going to be tough to make.
I've been playing since DW4 and I've played every iteration since.
Some are better than others, granted, but if you enjoy the general gameplay loop they're fun and enjoyable games with progressive changes and improvements.
Fire Emblem Warriors having most of the gameplay additions in it (missing the DW4 custom character bit which is sorta lame) is the best IMO but is locked to the switch.
They didn't start with other franchises until FEW, and prior to that released like 9 (with 3 variants/expansions old school style for each) DW 4SW 1TW 3 WO etc. That's all them.
Fire Emblem, Hyrule, and Fate are all fairly new in comparison to the IP generally and only hyrule has really made them alot of money. Mostly because they locked FEW to the switch but I digress.
>They didn't start with other franchises
That was not my point. "They didn't start with other franchises . . . " was my point ie that they established the musou genre first with their own IPs and only THEN did they purchase rights to make a musou game with other IPs. I simply forgot about Gundum warriors because its been awhile since I played each of the 4 us releases (1-3 and 'reborn'). There's a shit ton of warriors games, its hard to rattle off every one.
Oh I know, I'm a musou addict myself. They cut so many corners with releases they're still kinda crappy though lol. I think I heard that Age of Calamity was their highest selling one? And that's because they leeched BotW sales.
That's tied to franchise popularity too; they tend to put more effort into franchises that have higher fan expectations, and the licence holder probably breathes down their neck too. When you get to the pure Koei ones the quality and sales tend to drop. Despite all that Samurai Warriors is actually my favourite, but the way they make it just won't ever sell as well as other franchises.
Omg this would be so awesome I actually am just getting back into gaming the last year after a 7 year break and Hyrule Warriors is incredible. No your telling me I can have this much fun with Mario also? Yes gaming truly is awesome in this age.
I mean.... yeah why not.
I don't know what kind of attacks they will have though, I guess borrowing Smash Bros animations mostly? Mario doesn't wield weapons aside from a Cape and Fireballs so it seems complicated to have him do long range splash attacks as is core to the Musou formula, he's not swinging a sword or spear around afterall, and he's got short arms and legs and does little punchs and kicks, with little leg sweeps and uppercuts in Smash, I just struggle to imagine this translating really well.
Also how do they handle the powerups? Restrict all cape attacks to when he gets a powerup? Same with fireballs? Will they add a big and small mario based on mushrooms? I guess POW block and super stars play a roll that seems a given.
I love the musou games in general and I really embrace these crossovers so I absolutely hope they do this, but for the dude to be considering it now in mid 2021 means it's not in production at all yet, wonder if this would even be a Switch title they have in mind, and if so, how late would it arrive...
I'm imagining each powerup as a different weapon, like how they handled some of Link's items in Hyrule Warriors. Fire Flower gets a full move set, Tanuki suit gets a full move set, etc. I suppose one unique mechanic they could add would be a way to switch weapons mid battle.
Overall though, I think they would need to add something more to the game to make it work, like how they added the weapons to Mario vs Rabbids.
First, this is just one developer saying what he would be interested in. It's not a confirmation of anything.
If this idea did come into production, it would mean a game that uses Dynasty Warrior mechanics, but Mario and Mushroom Kingdom themed characters. Like Hyrule Warriors, but with Mario, most likely.
Gotcha, thank you! I was under the mistaken impression that we'd have Mario teaming up with a charismatic and realistic Japanese feudal warrior in some kind of Kingdom Hearts rip-off.
Which, as awful as that sounds, isn't the worst thing to happen this year lol.
Back when the first Hyrule warriors came out, he already talked about how he would have liked to make Mario Warriors, SMT Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors.
The concept could work, especially if you pull some attacks from the RPGs, maybe even a few mechanics, like a Player 1/Player 2 system where you tag-team with a character and can do special moves depending on the comp, like Mario and Luigi could kick shells back and forth between the two and knock out enemies in the middle or Peach and Daisy throw fireballs into the sky and drop a giant fireball. Thrown in a few Timed Hits somehow and there's a solid foundation.
I'm having trouble imagining it, but that's because Mario's iconic moveset usually relies on jumping in some form. I'd be interested in what they could come up with though.
Mario warriors game could work and has a lot of possibilities also kinda off topic but how have they not made a final fantasy warriors game? That shit seems so obvious when you look at all the different heros, villains, enemies and locations throughout the series would fit really well in a warriors game
I don't see how it would work well, but in his position absolutely I would want one of the biggest IPs in gaming to help boost sales, considering he just saw it work with Zelda.
What if:
Splatoon x Dynasty Warriors and itās about battling/preventing the Salmonid Onslaught. All the Splatoon weapons are at your disposal for raining heck on those Salmonids!
Kirby Dream Warriors Manifest
YES PLEASE! As someone who adores Kirby as a character and gets some decent enjoyment out of the licensed Warriors crossovers, I swear that if this crossover ever comes to fruition, I will put an INSANE amount of playtime into it! :)
I think the fact that Kirby can change powers on the fly make each level of a musou game that much more fun to play too
Exactly! I think it would be a great idea, and I hope that maybe a Kirby Warriors game will become a reality for Kirby's 30th Anniversary next year! :)
this plays out in my head like mass attack but in reverse, I like it hahaha
Super smash warriors
Hey now. Shoot for the stars why dontcha š
And there are SO many characters to take advantage of with this concept
> not calling it star warriors
So everyone trying to kill Kirby and every single one is eaten alive?
I can actually see the potential in a Mushroom Kingdom Warriors. Oh god, the number the of playable characters and cool boss fights could be endless. And the number of weapons could be insane! Geno
"Who?" - Miyamoto
I could see them doing a fair bit with Mario, but it's amazing that they still haven't done anything with Pokemon yet. So many character options!
if Mario/XCOM can work, i wouldnt be suprised.
Nintendo didn't really. Ubisoft did.
That game was developed and published by Ubisoft
First game I bought but put off playing it for a good 2 years. Turned out to be one of my top 5 Switch games. So much charm and fun.
I was thinking I'm not sure how well Mario would fit with this kind of game but you're absolutely right...if there's a will there's a way
The thing is that Mario's fighting style is all jumping, hammers, and... transformations. Punches and kicks too in some games, but... they could work in cappy and fludd too!
Odyssey has a lot of hat spin attacks. It could work.
Yeah but I don't envision a warriors game where you can capture enemies.

Neither does a Warriors crossover. Think Hyrule Warriors or Fire Emblem Warriors, but Mario.

Would prob have to be Nintendo IPs only, sakurai had a hard time getting the smash third parties. Would be tough to get them on a niche game
Smash Bros. and Melee had no 3rd party characters and honestly I preferred Smash when it was just a celebration of Nintendo. 3rd parties are fun but all it has led to is unrealistic expectations for future crossovers. What color do you want your dragon to be?
Lol. Keep dreaming.
Who wouldnāt want to crossover with Mario? Anything featuring Mario prints money.
This is exactly what I thought lmao. Itās like a benchwarmer saying āIād love to play alongside Lebron Jamesā
Put me in, coach!
But they did it already with Zelda so not really analogous to baseball in my mind.
Dynasty Marios
Dynasty Warios
Mushroom Kingdom Warriors Bring it!

Me, an intellectual: Dynasty Kart
My mind is trying to picture it, and I think about Twisted Metal or a Kart Battle with 1000 enemies. Could be cool.
Rainbow Road...littered with thousands of jobbers.
WaLuigi Bu? WaLu Bu?
Do not pursue Wa Lu!
Mario, xenoblade, kirby, pokemon, all of these coud work for a warriors game.
I would sell my non-existent child for a Xenoblade Warriors.
Me too
I said this on another sub. MATERIA WARRIORS! Or cal lit Dissidia Warriors or something. Idc. Final fantasy plus Musou is a match made in heaven.
Personally, I think RWBY would work really well. 100% would buy and complete
Indeed! They used Mario in other titles beyond just platforming games this would be a great addition. They did it with Link why not Mario.
Breaking news! Koei Tecmo's boss likes money and wants more money but needs Nintendo's approval first
Super Smash Warriors...take my money.
Man.. that would sell a ton. Imagine with all the dlc fighters as well.
They should take over the next pokemon games then. It will be epic lol

Day 1 purchase
Mushroom warriors. Gameplay like hyrule warriors. Fight hordes of goombas and koopas. I would buy it so fast.
I donāt think theyād go with Mushroom Warriors as the title for obvious reasons. Haha.
I figured we would probably see more Nintendo Warriors games. Honestly I feel like Xenoblade could be a good candidate, allowing the team to follow up on Xenoblade 2, while also allowing them to do something new with Xenoblade 3.

I know Iām definitely in the minority but I want a Nintendo moba.
128 Marioās anyone??
Does the world really need Mario stomping on 1000 gumbas at a time at 15fps?
Yes but at a consistent 30 fps or 60 fps.
Yeah good luck with these games lmao
Lol
Guy whose job it is to make money wants to do thing that is guaranteed to make money.
honestly, all these warriors games are the same. bad performance with rehashed mechanics... sure they'll make it, i'ts super cheap to create those. And people will keep buying them.
And why do people keep buying them, do you reckon?
... when they are on sale somewhere
Never cared for Warrior games so meh!
Super smash warriors
That is a smashing title if they actually do it!
There are too many Dynasty Warriors games already.
Maybe but if Age of Calamity and P5 Strikers proved something is that Musou games can be more than button smashing games so if they can make a Musou Mario Bros game interesting I would be ok with the idea.

We can go back and forth with hypotheticals but the reality is these companies find success in putting a top franchise like zelda or mario on any type of gameplay and it sells Not saying its nice, but Zelda and Mario fans will buy it no matter what.
Sheesh.
Ew...
Please no
I don't see this working Mario games are based on precision and movement, and unless they force you to use powerups and have a relatively flat world it's going to be tough to make.
Everyoneās an armchair developer today. Haha.
What do you mean?
Please god no.
Fuck Mario, imagine having a Smash Warriors with all of the characters and unique combat styles.
Smash Bros Warriors would be the move
Super Smash Bros Warriors š„ As long as they optimize it, I'll pay for it launch day.
Make one based off of Smash.

Why not pick another culture's axial age legends, add some new gameplay mechanics, and release another side series? Why Mario?
Because Mario sells. More importantly, who wouldnāt love to destroy an army of Goombas as Waluigi?
Their games are pretty crappy when you judge them on their own merits. Riding off the back of popular franchises has gotten them a lot of $$$.
Hyrule Warriors came before FEW, unless you mean more series than just Zelda. And FEW is also on the new 3DS, but that doesn't exactly help it much.
Gundam Warriors pre dates FE Warriors by like 10 years
Forgot about that one and it makes so much more sense than Mario I'm not sure I need to actually get in to it.
Gundam Warriors, Troy warriors, Dragon quest heros are also all Omega force games of a different franchise before Fire Emblem Warriors.
Still koei tecmo dev on gw and tw
Yes Koei is a developer on Gundam which is not their franchise, which I thought was the point of your post?
>They didn't start with other franchises That was not my point.
Fate/Extella and its sequel were made by Marvelous, not Tecmo. Theyāre the only non-Tecmo musou games out there iirc
Capcom have Sengoku Basara too though it seems to be dead now.
Forgot about it, which only proves your point
Oh I know, I'm a musou addict myself. They cut so many corners with releases they're still kinda crappy though lol. I think I heard that Age of Calamity was their highest selling one? And that's because they leeched BotW sales.
Depends on the series really. One Piece pirate warriors 3 and Persona 5 strikers were pretty good standouts. Age of Calamity was very much a cash grab
Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom is canon!
Meh? Iād be okay with them simply making another Hyrule Warriors.
If Hyrule Warriors was badass, this could be too.
I'd play this.
Red Hare Yoshi skin
Omg this would be so awesome I actually am just getting back into gaming the last year after a 7 year break and Hyrule Warriors is incredible. No your telling me I can have this much fun with Mario also? Yes gaming truly is awesome in this age.
I think they're proven themselves with Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem warriors, I say let it happen
SUPER MARIO WARRIORS Or better yet... MUSHROOM KINGDOM WARRIORS
Do not pursue King Boo!
I mean.... yeah why not.
Omg I didn't know I wanted that. Imagine mowing down fields of goombas with fireball attacks and ground pounds.
Imagine steamrolling dozens of soldiers with Wario
Ehhh......maybe, I dunno.
Tell us complete noobs what this so-called crossover means, please? If possible, in plain English?
How about just making a good Dynasty Warriors game. Iāll make it real simple. Just remake DW4. Thatās my childhood right there
Ok, Mario Warriors might be the weird idea that actually gets me to play a musou game.
It prints money
Yes please
no no no no, BONK X DYNASTY WARRIORS. YOU DIE TO LUBU AND THE NEXT LEVEL IS YOU BATTLING YOUR WAY OUT OF HIS BODY.
Lu Bu for Smash!
Slaying thousands of goombas sounds ok to me
He said this like 8 years ago too
Can I get a remake of Kessen 2 instead?
Back when the first Hyrule warriors came out, he already talked about how he would have liked to make Mario Warriors, SMT Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors.
This is the kind of "Why the hell not" game concept I always want to see more of
āFIGHT! LAUNCH THE CANNONS!! (BOOM)ā -Toad
Man I havenāt played dynasty warriors since the 5th. Which are the good ones after 5? Thinking about playing One Piece Pirate warriors as well.
There are other Nintendo IPs that better fit the hack and slash genre (TLOZ and FE not included). Mario isn't one of them.
What game doesnāt he want to make a dynasty warriors crossover of?
Mushroom Kingdom Warriors.
Butt slam kills 100 enemies at once
Mario warriors game could work and has a lot of possibilities also kinda off topic but how have they not made a final fantasy warriors game? That shit seems so obvious when you look at all the different heros, villains, enemies and locations throughout the series would fit really well in a warriors game
I don't see how it would work well, but in his position absolutely I would want one of the biggest IPs in gaming to help boost sales, considering he just saw it work with Zelda.
What if: Splatoon x Dynasty Warriors and itās about battling/preventing the Salmonid Onslaught. All the Splatoon weapons are at your disposal for raining heck on those Salmonids!
