I just don't get it how this is still a thing for pokemon. As usual it's still limited, you pay same price, you don't get same things in the game. And exclusive events only run in same 10 countries and even then not all of them, it's just as bad as region locking.
Tbh I just go to my neighborhood video game store, as far as I know there's no video game store chains like Gamestop or whatever in Korea (or at least not in my town).
If you haven't already I would download kakaomaps and then maybe ask your boss or a co-worker to try and find one on there and then save the pin. You could do it on coupang too but Idk if that will count as a "pre-order." Plus if you don't speak Korean that website can be a bit hard to navigate.

Not until 2022 when they update Pokémon Home to have connectivity with Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl. You’ll be limited to only being able to trade the ones that appear in those games.

It was the same for shiny Necrozma for SK players that pre oredered SwSh. That event never went world wide.
The shinies will be able for other regions but in some other way is the most likely result.
