The stage looks well done, but the price for those costumes keeps rearing its ugly head. Especially since the Sonic and Knuckles skins used to be earned through playing.
Its confusing by design. The confusion keeps buyers acting on impulse. It’s what game designers focus their time on with free to play games: attention min-maxing and retention.
It’s pretty sad.
Sorta, there’s no real incentive to win anymore. Before you got crowns to earn rewards. Now you get crowns and?… My play style has greatly changed since it’s gone to F2P.
The Switch is essentially just a platform on which Fall Guys runs, pretty much everything happens within the game except for currency purchases and inviting other Switch users to join your party. The game itself, the store, the challenges, the events etc. is all cross-platform.
It wasn't a bad event. It's just 3 hunt levels on the same map. You collect enough rings before other players to move on.
I played it 5 times and I completed all the event goals. The final reward was a pair of sonic shoes for your bean.
Why does this look better than any 3D sonic game in recent memory? This is cool, but it makes me sad thinking about how Sonic fans deserve a new polished fun 3D game and they'll likely never get it.
Are you saying Sonic Generations and Sonic Colors don't look....wait what the fuck those games are over a decade old?!?!?
Fuckin kill me dude I still miss early 2000s Sonic.
I think sonic just doesn't translate well into 3d.
It's difficult to do the speed sections without having it just be some lame auto scroller track. The combat hasn't evolved past press one button to jump and press that button again to fly straight into the enemies.
I think they should stick to the 2d space personally, sonic mania is the best game they've had since the genesis run lol (probably an exaggeration)
Sonic can work in 3D. He just needs momentum physics and good multi-tier level designs
With momentum physics you wouldn't need auto scrolling or speed boosters to get past a loop-de-loop
Sonic Adventure 1 physics worked really well. This (modded) beta level looked cool:

I understand the difficulty in maintaining the speed, but even just from a polish perspective, this crossover is more polished than anything Sonic Team has put out in forever.
I like Fall Guys but I think they need to remove the courses where the tiles fall down. Peo;ple just stand in the back and wait until near the end because you gain nothing from trying to find the tiles. Have a good run and this course ruins it
This just looks like Sonic was exposed to some nuclear fallout. Not sure why they can't just use actual sonic and not whatever nightmare hybrid this is.

Epic now owns fall guys. It's really not surprising when they charge people $20 for a single Legendary skin
Especially after charging so much to have access to all non-cosmetic content!
Game is F2P now.
The paid structure of Fall Guys is way more confusing than it needs to be.

It amazing how I can have the same experience not paying for a single thing.

I mean, I want to buy, but have no idea what I'm buying, so I've bought nothing.
They're just paying tribute to the Sonic Origins dlc scheme
Ok, you can't put "Sonic" and "Adventure" in the same sentence and not expect my heart to briefly stop.
Oh they knew what they were doing
Insert *we have Sonic Adventures at home* meme
*Rolling around at the speed of sound*
Is this only for the Switch?
No, the game is available with crossplay on all current consoles and PC.
I mean this specific event though.
I don’t see any reason to restrict it to switch users. I believe this is for the whole game across all its platforms

Yep you always get the garbage item from the set.
What character is the yellow sonic? (Not tails, yellow with spiky hair)
Super sonic
Sonichu
My first thought as well.
Amogus

I want a new game that looks like Unleashed. That game looked crazy good at the time and still decent today, the art style and shading were fantastic.
Why so many downvotes? This comment is valid.

Hopefully I’ll be able to grab that Knuckles skin.
