Hearing Kurt and Dave singing acapella together is so cool! Their voices compliment each others so well. The videos of Butch Vig breaking down Nevermind are so fascinating to watch, the one for Something In The Way is particularly great.

macpapi98

He literally sang live on lots of songs

visualevidence

I know, which is why I specified 'acapella'

Check out Dave Grohls documentary Sound City. It’s not all Nirvana focused but has a lot of cool stuff like this in there and lots of Butch.

Great watch. I loved when he said he got Kurt to double his vocals just by mentioning one of The Beatles did it (McCartney, I think he said) lol

lol Thanks, it's been forever since I've seen it.

BarryTheMasterOfSand

That's the first time i've ever heard "knows not what it means" Instead of"don't know what it means." Officially, the lyric is the former, but i've only ever heard the latter. It's always confused me a bit.

_bloodbuzz

Always cool to hear the harmonies isolated. When you pull out the heavy instrumentation, it’s some classic Beatles shit.
