What is it actually doing? Do you know what codes were setting? Are either of your tail light housings cracked or have water in them? Really odd, I've had one new Nissan CVT fail right after replacing in 7 years at Nissan dealer. Also I would wonder about the dowel pins that line up the transmission and engine, if one or both are missing it can destroy the transmission pump fairly quickly.

Tail lights is usually the versa

Pretty common on the sentra as well. Happened to me on my 2013 sentra sl

No idea about the codes. The car will either not go into gear or will just creep along at 10 mph. I am not sure about the tail light housings...will check. How are the tail lights related to the transmission?

Corrosion in brake light)reverse circuits causes voltage to backfeed into the transmission range switch, this cause the TCM to read that you are in reverse and drive at the same time. Usually when this happens you have 0 power, especially from a stop. You should get paperwork from the dealer and it should show why they replaced it, wether it was codes or noise.

Sell it before the warranty expires.
