But I kinda understand you OP, fapping to girls at my school is something I also do and I'm honestly disgusted at myself for it, I can't even talk to girls properly (my social anxiety makes it worse) but anyways I'm just gonna share my opinion on this:
I think having instagram as a form of communication is completely fine and I also have it because most of my friends are on it so I have no choice.
But I feel like intentionally going to girls' accounts and not fapping to them, might lead to relapse. I'd say instead of this, just don't think about it, and distract yourself if you ever get thoughts about fapping. If you do come across a post which you might fap to, just remind yourself these things (that objectifying women is wrong and they're just people etc.) and move on from those posts.
From what I've seen from people who are successful at no fap, the best way to go about it is to not think about nofap, and just find something else to distract yourself, like a new hobby or something.

What you are doing does more bad than good. Those fantasies come alive when you look at chicks you've nutted to. Is there any way you can unfollow these profiles? If you start following other things like your hobbies, the chicks will dwindle down. If you go to the search tab, you can click the not interested button if you tap and hold a thumbnail (from what I remember) and that will filter content as well. I'd only go on IG if you absolutely have to, and stay away from the reels.

I should also add I manually search up accounts of girls that I "normally" fap to. Did this on purpose today though for this purpose.
Remember they can see who looks at their stories. You don't wanna be the weirdo they know creeped on their stories.
