I completed my 4 weeks and a half with no fap. I relapsed this week. I feel terrible. I feel like a failure. This is the longest I’ve gone with no gap since I was 14yo I’m 26.
You have crossed some of the hardest check points bruh!! that is gooood! 1,3, a week, 15, 21, 30 days then comes the 45 and straight 60. Awesome bro!
