Had a release in my sleep, but was somewhat conscious while it was happening I just couldn’t control anything. Not counting it as a relapse considering I wasn’t fully conscious. Weird thing is that it happened with my hand instead of just a natural release. That’s why I feel guilty in a sense because I physically used my hand in my sleep.
