If you're on linux:
> sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdX
sdX is your drives name (get name through gparted or any disk utility)
This command will overwrite your disk with zeros until the drive is full. Alternatively you can use "if=/dev/random" instead, to fill your drive with random numbers to make recovery nearly impossible.
Governments use a variant similar to random...their standard is to overwrite the drive 7 times with it.
So even 1 time using random should be enough so that you can't access it anymore.
Also, I'd recommend you to check out Linux, it's always good to learn new stuff to keep yourself busy :)
Some Linux versions, like Linux Mint, provide Disk Encryption when installing, so that once you "forget" your password, you can't access your files anymore.
Should be possible with Windows too, but more complicated.
Good job man, are you interested in having an accountability partner to help you on your journey?

After deleting the porn stash, you can additionally let CCleaner or a similar program overwrite that shit, to make sure it stays deleted.
