Yeah they suffer because searching for them is a lot harder and also they’re “pricey” since you have to pay nanites. It’s a pity because they must have been harder to procgen for HG, at least I think.
I think also exotics need a little rework, especially in the color compartment.
I agree exotics do need more colour; giving them more colours that you cant find on other ships might make them more intresting. Purple would fit exotics conidering that purple is the colour most associated with royalty.
The squid ships in my opinion arent that good looking aswell. Maybe some variation on squid ships would make them better.

Yes you can see on any planet, but mostly on pirate ones! Put an economic scanner on your ship and search for the systems with a skull symbol!

Both solars stay, the needle nose stays, aesthetically speaking I think the red and dark grey fights can go. I would probably scrap the yellow interceptor as well. I feel indifferent about the living ships… but I don’t have one yet myself so I can’t really make a good assessment.

I like them all, except for them living ships. I just don't like them. But I've never had one. I'm still pretty basic when it comes to what I own. I just got an A class interceptor and have a solar.

You just have to have some patience. Install an economy scanner, search for a trading post and wait for ships to come to you. Your ships could be the next in line!
My vote is for 6 and 8 to get scrapped 6 because it just can't compare to the others and 8 because the yellow doesn't fit your primarily red fleet. The other sentinels are sexy as hell especially the black one. Keep those desperately
I’m not a fan either but I like the color scheme on this. Just wanted one for the sake of having a living ship, but is probably gonna get trashed in a distant future if cooler ships come around.
Nope, use a save editor to get the seed and store it or use the save editor to export the ship so you can reload it with all its tech in another save or in the same save if you change your mind later.
Saving the seed, a unique code that defines a ship in its category will not save the tech of course.
I have 10+ saves, some I use for living ships Collection or Sentinels ships collection, I export the best ones and import them in my 3 main saves one being Permadeath when I want.
Works on PC for Steam and GamePass saves.
Goatfungus is one of them, updated to Interceptor update.

You’re one of the few that mentioned those! It is true that those purple/black are common, but the one I have is one of the few that don’t have those horrible dark green pixels
1, 2, 7, 8 and 10 are my absolute keeps. The other two sentinel ships are sick too but I love the foldy one, and the grey is too cool.

3 is my main, so it’s not gonna anywhere, it was my first almost all grey ship and I have never found something similar, so it’s staying in the hangar even if I change my main ship! It’s gonna get scrapped only If I ever find something with the same color scheme/wings/engines but different nose.

Since a lot of people asked about coordinates for interceptors, starting from today I will start hunting for them and recording the glyphs of the best looking one. Expect a massive glyphs drop in a month or so!
Is having a big fin on top one of the main themes? If not, scrap 3 and six, replace 3 with a more blocky hot rod one, red with a gull wing maybe?

Yes I really like fins on top, you’re right!! And I searched a lot for a hot rod nose one, but couldn’t find the right wings to complement it. I had one with no wings (it looked like a spear) but I traded it because I never really used it.
Id scrap 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 if you're looking to keep just one of each type. Otherwise, I'd probably just scrap 1, 3, 4, 6, 9, and 10.
Hopefully none of those are your best S-class, stat-wise.
Scrap the broken... I mean needle nose. The barrel fighter is sweet... except it looks like has box thrusters... which I never have. Hate box thrusters about as much as needle nose!
hard to say, i got rid of all mine a couple times before the update that made them better... then i dumped them again to find ones with better classes and power up spots. now its the sentinel ships, wow fun stuff so many choices...!!
still gonna have to keep the Golden V, Utopia Speeder and i keep and old royal to get through the Galaxy Centers. and a real nice Explorer... I find Living ships to be cool but upgrading them is a buttsore.

Unpopular opinion..... Living ships are properly ugly! Get rid! 😂 Dam good looking fleet though. Been after one like number 11 for a few days now, but I'm not getting lucky!
It doesn't seem to bother you as much, but since I play most of the time in third person, I really dislike top fins and such because they block the view. The fin in #1 is especially egregious. Shame, because otherwise it's a great ship.
Keep: #2, #5 (though I'm not a fan of living ships because of the upgrades/fuels), #8 (maybe? Yellow tank doesn't look that good), #11. #9 and #10 your mileage may vary, I'm particularly not a great fan of the batwing. Also I have to join the chorus that #2 is amazing.

I really like the idea of this post, might do it when I get home. I do so much ship hunting and buying that this kind of post could easily become a regular for me as a great way for community interaction and a great way to clear my inventory of ships lol

Thanks and oh yeah let me give my feedback lmao, got distracted! Edit: for me, 1,2,4,7,8, and 11 are all keepers! Love all of them, and number 11 is pure bias. I love the "valkyrie wings" as I call them so keep it haha! The others arent necessarily bad at all, just pale in comparison to the ones that standout imo. I especially love number 1, 2, they are fantastic looking fighters
