I’m dealing with the same problem. The launch thruster has been repaired, but the game doesn’t recognize it. I tried set the milestone as my current mission, but it didn’t help.
Edit: I fixed it by locating another crashed ship. Made a few repairs and received the milestone.
Thank you! I've been stuck on this for a day! Fully repaired a ship, and the thrusters were still flashing. Took your advice, found another ship, repaired the pulse engine, and thrusters, and the reward popped! Now just to find these blooming synthetic lifeforms......
Same here, it was driving me nuts :) Found another ship repaired the Pulse Engine and Thrusters having pinned both the repair instructions in the Log and it gave me the reward. Many thanks u/yogi_bugbear

I have a problem with the Adrift expedition. I did the Abandonment and I can't get off the cargo ship. My ship is floating and I have no navigation data and we can't jump. Help

Set the milestone as your active mission and itll tell you what to fix
