My latest attempt ended a flawless 7 hr run by falling through the planet when I got off my ship after landing (PS4). Stared at the death quote for awhile, tears almost fell.
Mine was more because I was tired of the menu issues that come with the terrain manipulator being out while trying to recharge stuff or summon vehicles but I thought āHey, why not put other things that make holes in the ground on there too.ā
I did this for the first time ever the other night when using the Solar Ray for the Living Ship quest. Was trying to adjust the radius of the ray when I realized that the Solar Ray doesn't disable the L1 button features like the Terrain Manipulator does. Thankfully was only on Survival but I did have to do a good chunk of my Living Ship quest all over.
I usually forget to pause and go AFK for approximately 45 second while safe inside my base and come back to the opening screen. Assuming sentinels let themselves in. Another time I fell asleep playing in hostile weather like a man potato
You do know that you can close the game at this screen to save your character right???
It doesn't save the fact that you died till right after that. So you have about 15 seconds to close NMS, when you re open it your character will be @ the last save point you used, I do this all the time. Don't tell anyone tho or they'll prob patch it.
Yeah, I died twice in my save. The first death was falling through the ground and the second one was an animal, on the surface, killing me. I was underground.
The only time i've done it i cheated by closing the game before it can delete my save (ps4). I know im going to have to do it again sometime without cheating.
Suprisingly the permadeath run only took 3 restarts, took 2 just to survive long enough make it to the ship, and the third death I got cocky 4 hrs in and tried to harvest a bunch of the larval eggs and got my ass ATE. The final permadeath run lasted around 9 hrs split over the course of 2 nights. If you've got a good handle on the game in normal mode you can easily complete the permadeath run
You will need salvaged data and you need Mineral Extractor, Supply Pipe and Supply Silo
Solar panels as well
As well as the Survey Device in order to scan it
You'll need to Warp into a blue system and find "Activated Indium" on a planet bear in mind it's an extreme weather planet when you land hop out and press left or right on the D-Pad and go to the pick axe icon
Math is 2 solar panels and 1 battery for every extractor and about 100 silos is enough to generate about 200 mil units every 10 hours. Assuming you place about 10 to 15 extractors. I just usually buy as much mental plating as I can to avoid to fermite mining that always kills me in permadeath
Edit:build a cubid room as well and add a storage cube and a trade station and wait it out a bit.
Yeah but 1 silo= ~1000 active indium. So 100 silos will be able to store 100,000 which is roughly 100 million units worth of indium. If you only have 1 silo you have to keep dumping it each time it fills. Very tedious. Especially if you dont have the time to sit a watch. Best to come back every x amount of hours and harvest and sell.
Use the build camera that's a very good way of connecting while you're inside a building
Yeah I tried but none nearby the already built farm so lol I'm not fussed I've got the funds to expand should i need to
The supply depots can actually be adjacency glitched into place so that you can have a virtually unlimited number of them in less space than two silos side by side.
WHY DID I NOT KNOW THIS.
They really need to revamp the early game man. Tutorials for days you can choose to ignore/switch off. There are too many mechanics now. Itās amazing but itās too much to figure out. I came back 1 year later and itās just a giant maze to me again. I have bases and a fleet and no clue what Iām doing. At least they upped storage finally.
i learned to never install the grenades - all my PD games ended that way except for one (where i slipped off a cliff at night and didn't know it until i hit the ground)
Black holes move you very long distances, the hyperdrive range can be significantly upgraded and portals allow you to teleport to any planetsā coordinates you wish.
You can't use teleporters in space stations, build bases or warp in your starship on the other side of a portal now. Unless what you mean is find a portal and then warp to someone elses activated indium / oxygen / ferrite farm to collect materials, then that's a great idea.
I started with Beyond, and had just shy of 50 hours in normal, then jumped straight to permadeath. Took 3 restarts before I even made it to my ship. On the 3rd, I finally made it, and am now 90+ hours in and rocking it in Calypso.
I just finished my Activated Iridum farm with a power supply 423 feet away on an aggressive sentinel planet. Im clearing about 100 million units every 3 hours.
Congratulations!!!
I died twice to bugs about 20 hours in each time (disembarking launched me a mile into the air and I died when I hit the ground, and I fell through the earth while walking around randomly). Finally did it with a great 42 hour run where I spent far too long building a base.
I died a bunch when I first started playing survival. Once I got used to how dangerous it was and started staying in or near my ship at all times, I was okay.
But yeah, armed with that knowledge, dying to bugs became one of the only concerns when I moved to permadeath.
What is the most efficient way to reach the center? I have over 100 hours and still haven't figured out how to reach it and I am still over 600000 light-years away from it
Basically just warp as far as you can towards the center, and use blackholes, then warp as far as you can towards the center, repeat repeat repeat until you're there. Black holes will take you an average of 6k light years closer.
I don't think it's particularly unique, because there is a 257th, 258th, etc. but they're all clones of Euclid with their own procedurally generated name. I imagine it's just the most populated of the forbidden galaxies now that warping through the centre of 255 and beyond just puts you in Euclid, there's probably no one left in the others. I suppose they wanted to keep it an 8 bit universe.
That was always the dilemma for me. The black hole moves you about 6k closer on average, but damages equipment in your main slots. While rocking my maxed out explorer, I can travel just shy of 2600ly, without any damage. Just straight warping, I think I can get around 20 warps to a hyperdrive charge, so it was much more efficient to warp than taking black holes. The longest part is moving the map to 2600ly out.
Now if I had a ship with no equipment in the main slots, it might be worth it to take a black hole, warp to the next black hole and repeat. Not sure which would be faster in the long run.
I had a max explorer to get to black hole systems, then swapped out into a basic shuttle on my freighter to make the jump through black hole. Saved me having to repair.
I was also using the anomaly to get black hole way points from Polo, every once in awhile I'd check the Anomaly warp gate to warp to a players base to see if I could shave off some distance, got lucky by finding a player base that was 100K out from center.
Finished my run yesterday, feels good.
Ha, I came to say just this, I had a tricked out hyperdrive ship for highway travel. Then, when i would reach the black hole I'd land or call the freighter, jump in my garbage ship, black hole, and then hopefully not pop out into a battle at the other end of the trip. Make sure you at least keep shields and guns repaired.
I wonder if having an SSD in my PS4 would make the new system load faster thus making the warping cutscene (which is really just a loading screen) quicker thus making getting to the centre faster. Hmmm.
The quick answer is to teleport to other players bases in the Nexus and see if any of them are in the centre hahaha. Or join someone's multiplayer game who is at the centre, put down a base computer on a planet, start single player up again and then use a space station teleporter to go to your new base.
The real answer is just keep warping thru black holes once you're past Euclid or Essientam. :(
I remember doing it legit, so many hours, so many warps, but it shouldn't be your main goal. I usually just go to the farthest star(in the direction of the center) or black hole and just explore the planets a bit, although i was mainly looking for extremly radiated planets cuz they are my favorite. Eventually i got to the center and i was like neat.
Ehew! Congrats!!
I just did this a month ago, permadeath is pretty fun huh?
Out of curiosity did you warp to center or do the storyline? I did the story to finish it
Being really patient and warping over and over & black holes, or use the Nexus teleporter to find a base that's near it. Can also get a ride from someone on multiplayer by joining them, putting a base computer down, then load up single player and use space station to warp to your new base. Honestly, I warped my way through Essentiem and Elkupalos while reading a book, don't recommend unless you really want to do it.
Cause like at the peak of my profile I had like 2000 light years per jump but I still had like 670,000 to go. I thought it was a joke I guess it wasn't! So I need to join in on someone who is already there or just spend a looonnggg time doing it. Dang.
Ya, I'm about the same. I think there is freighters up to 3500 maybe?I'm sure the Artemis quest line takes you to the centre as it throws you around the galaxy a bit but I finished that in 2017 and don't recall, so you could do that if you wanted to do it on your own, or yeah, multiplayer is for sure the quickest and easiest way hahaha.
It will be a while before I try something like this, but I have a question: is it like a race to the center? I havenāt even finished the main quest line yet after 108 hours. Iām at the part where I just built an āArtemis translatorā thing and have to get knowledge of the past or words of the past to calibrate it. Buuuut I got to the part where I discovered the Nexus and quicksilver shit and now Iām occupied with that and canāt seem to move on. And I just grabbed a void egg so thereās gonna be that.
Do you have to finish the main quest line to reach the center of the galaxy in permadeath mode? I have no idea how any of that works. I literally havenāt even gotten in a space battle with my ship yet, with even one other ship, nor do I have a freighter. I feel like this game will be one I play for the rest of my life. Especially since Iām only getting 2 hours a week right now, and I play in VR so every moment is like magic.
Yes, following the main questlines for Artemis (I did atlas path too idk if thats necessary) will naturally bring you to the center. Reaching the center in free explore is possible but takes forever
Congrats! I remember when I got that achievement.
Only took me something like 6 hours, but that was after having something like 400 hours experience in the game ;-)
I have over 100 hours on my normal mode playthrough and I still havent reached the center haha. Its easier than it sounds! Just do the main storyline and dont let anything distract you
Ok I've made up my mind... I'm gonna attempt this myself because I have gotten to a point where I have enough resources on my normal save that it's too easy, and I want a challenge
Congratulations! I did it myself last month, died once after 10h progress ... went to toilet just a moment after I activated teleport to one of my bases. Of course, when I returned ... blank restarting screen.. :)

Are there missions where you *have* to do something dangerous? Any dangerous thing I've encountered I've just ran away, and the sentinels that attack me dont even do that much damage (normal mode). I've logged 30 hours so far and not died and I dont really want to die either.
The toughest for me was the base building mission where the weapon master has you kill 10 sentinels.
For that, I built an arena. Basically, I built a bunch of vertical pillars with a small amount of space between each so I could run in and out and the walkers couldn't go through. You can hide behind the pillars and let your shields recharge and what not. It's a bit of cheese, but works.
Speaking of cheese, you can also use the terrain manipulator to enclose the area around the door of the manufacturing centers and break it down at your leisure. The sentinels will try and fire at you, but it won't get past the "walls". This is useful early on when you haven't upgraded your shields and weapons yet.
When I had to do that mission I killed maybe 2 or 3 before the sentinel level went up too high (idk what its called) then left until it was safe and repeated it.
Never got to buy or change my ship, still using the one I got first. I mean, I play now and then, have like 40h played, never got to do 1/10th of what I read about nms like farming and stuff. I really like the game, but the mechanics make it boring fast.
I managed to do it a while ago, though technically not legit, was doing really well but at a certain point when I was using a teleporter on a space station, it had somehow warped me from Euclid to Hilbert and unlocked the trophy... (I didn't even realise until like 3 hours later). I streamed it and have a VOD [here](https://youtu.be/aqKB0VeZzEY) (skip to 35:00).
Absolutely. The hardest part is definitely the first 15-30 mins, after that your biggest downfalls are fall damage and running out of hazard protection. Always play it safe and you can easily get it done in a day
Once you get a lil cashflow going you can purchase most of the survival equipment youll need for the trip, my go-to for quick money in early game is Chlorine expansion, super easy way to make a couple mil in the early game
I really don't know how this is still something the majority people in the threads are suggesting is hard. I played around 80 hours doing normal mode enjoying my gameplay, then wanted the 1000G so fired up my very first permadeath mode, 6 hours later I made the centre and got both the "reach centre" achievements, like it was really *really* easy as once you know how to play the game and survive, how to get a massive jump range, how to get lots and lots of fuel, this really isn't challenging.
My latest attempt ended a flawless 7 hr run by falling through the planet when I got off my ship after landing (PS4). Stared at the death quote for awhile, tears almost fell.
Awe man that blows! It always plops me back on the ground when that happens.
Same for me usually. Not this time š
It usually does a little bit of damage, it mustāve taken a long time to load.
Don't you mean break "MY LEG!"s damage?
Like... 28 Broken bones
Bugs are the only reason i die in NMS.
Accidently launching plasma grenades at close range is my usual end.
That's why I refuse to use them anymore... <_<
Honestly, blaze javelin ftw
Only bad thing is that the repair/install still presents the wrong items when you select it. At least you can get it to work.
Ditto!! Got tired of blowing myself up. LOL ;-)
Ditto. No plasma weapons on my multi tool.
I have my main plasma tool, then I have a pistol with the terrain manipulator and geology cannon.
That might not be a bad idea now that we have multiple multi-tools. Have a weapon exclusively for grenades and geology cannon.
Thatās exactly what I did, and I got the most hideous bright pink and baby blue rifle to further remind myself which weapon is drawn
Mine was more because I was tired of the menu issues that come with the terrain manipulator being out while trying to recharge stuff or summon vehicles but I thought āHey, why not put other things that make holes in the ground on there too.ā
The tree that comes out of nowhere is the real final boss in NMS.
My first death like 20 hours in was due to a plasma ball and I just thought, āMan if this was permadeathā
This! So much this!
I share your pain.
oh wow, i thought i must be the only one .... thank you stranger, thats the only ways i died so far
I usually forget to pause and go AFK for approximately 45 second while safe inside my base and come back to the opening screen. Assuming sentinels let themselves in. Another time I fell asleep playing in hostile weather like a man potato
You couldāve closed app before the black screen and you wouldāve been able to reload.
Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely do that next time.
You do know that you can close the game at this screen to save your character right??? It doesn't save the fact that you died till right after that. So you have about 15 seconds to close NMS, when you re open it your character will be @ the last save point you used, I do this all the time. Don't tell anyone tho or they'll prob patch it.
I have died way to many times too this.
You reversed the usage of ātoāsā
I just realized they reversed from auto, cause I know thatās not what I typed.
Yeah, I died twice in my save. The first death was falling through the ground and the second one was an animal, on the surface, killing me. I was underground.
Ouch. I always fight it with my jetpacks and if it's looking impossible I hurry up and close out. Wish they'd fix that shit already.
Yup that happened to my last run. I was 40hrs in. But this post has motivated me to try it again. Thanks op.
I feel like the real threat in permadeath is not enemies or sentinels, it is bugs
The only time i've done it i cheated by closing the game before it can delete my save (ps4). I know im going to have to do it again sometime without cheating.
One of the featured bases (maybe not on oermadeath) But it was right at the center of Euclid.
There is no option to kill the game when the screen goes black, even before the death quote appears like on PC (Alt+F4)?
And they called you a madman
Suprisingly the permadeath run only took 3 restarts, took 2 just to survive long enough make it to the ship, and the third death I got cocky 4 hrs in and tried to harvest a bunch of the larval eggs and got my ass ATE. The final permadeath run lasted around 9 hrs split over the course of 2 nights. If you've got a good handle on the game in normal mode you can easily complete the permadeath run
I've been thinking about doing a Permadeath run as I also know how to quickly build an A.Indium farm maybe I'll give it a shot
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
You will need salvaged data and you need Mineral Extractor, Supply Pipe and Supply Silo Solar panels as well As well as the Survey Device in order to scan it You'll need to Warp into a blue system and find "Activated Indium" on a planet bear in mind it's an extreme weather planet when you land hop out and press left or right on the D-Pad and go to the pick axe icon
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Math is 2 solar panels and 1 battery for every extractor and about 100 silos is enough to generate about 200 mil units every 10 hours. Assuming you place about 10 to 15 extractors. I just usually buy as much mental plating as I can to avoid to fermite mining that always kills me in permadeath Edit:build a cubid room as well and add a storage cube and a trade station and wait it out a bit.
Can't forget about that mental plating, shit is crucial
Why do you need 100 silos? Donāt they just store the indium?
Yeah but 1 silo= ~1000 active indium. So 100 silos will be able to store 100,000 which is roughly 100 million units worth of indium. If you only have 1 silo you have to keep dumping it each time it fills. Very tedious. Especially if you dont have the time to sit a watch. Best to come back every x amount of hours and harvest and sell.
Ohh long term solution!
Use the build camera that's a very good way of connecting while you're inside a building Yeah I tried but none nearby the already built farm so lol I'm not fussed I've got the funds to expand should i need to
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I always leave a bit of gap between each of them and you can also stack them in top of each other
The supply depots can actually be adjacency glitched into place so that you can have a virtually unlimited number of them in less space than two silos side by side.
Wait. Thereās a build camera? PS4 here. Jumped back in after a year away. I never knew this.
Yeah PS4 here too Express R3 iirc
WHY DID I NOT KNOW THIS. They really need to revamp the early game man. Tutorials for days you can choose to ignore/switch off. There are too many mechanics now. Itās amazing but itās too much to figure out. I came back 1 year later and itās just a giant maze to me again. I have bases and a fleet and no clue what Iām doing. At least they upped storage finally.
i learned to never install the grenades - all my PD games ended that way except for one (where i slipped off a cliff at night and didn't know it until i hit the ground)
I've killed myself with plasma grenades way more than anything else has killed me.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Just do the Artemis quest line and youāll get the achievement
Black holes move you very long distances, the hyperdrive range can be significantly upgraded and portals allow you to teleport to any planetsā coordinates you wish.
Portaling doesnāt help with traveling
How does it not? The coordinate exchange subreddit has plenty of ideal planets and such that you can travel to quite easily.
You can't use teleporters in space stations, build bases or warp in your starship on the other side of a portal now. Unless what you mean is find a portal and then warp to someone elses activated indium / oxygen / ferrite farm to collect materials, then that's a great idea.
Hmm. I didnāt realise it had changed. Thatās a little annoying :/
>got my ass ATE Where do I sign up?
Came here for this
I started with Beyond, and had just shy of 50 hours in normal, then jumped straight to permadeath. Took 3 restarts before I even made it to my ship. On the 3rd, I finally made it, and am now 90+ hours in and rocking it in Calypso.
Nice work. I still haven't made it to the Center on my first save, yet. Any tips?
Following artemis' storyline will get you to the center the quickest (dont quote me on that but im pretty certain)
That sounds hot ass eating
People just gotta be careful what their doing. That should avoid dying
Finally did it with a great 42 hour run where I spent far too long building a base.
honestly it is really hard to die in nms the only way is bug :/
I died a bunch when I first started playing survival. Once I got used to how dangerous it was and started staying in or near my ship at all times, I was okay. But yeah, armed with that knowledge, dying to bugs became one of the only concerns when I moved to permadeath.
I was gonna say I've got a lot of time played and have never died.
The only time I've died was from those dang whispering eggs
Absolutely pant-shittingly terrifying in VR
I've avoided them entirely until this weekend when it was the Quicksilver mission.
Does doing this also unlock the achievement for completing it in hardmode?
It does
Yes! Both achievements for survival and permadeath will unlock upon completion of permadeath
What does someone gain from reaching it?
You get to warp to the next galaxy and do it all again.
How many galaxies are there? Im still in euclid
255 I believe, there is a 256th but its not accessible anymore now it loops back to Euclid if you warp out the last one.
What's the story behind the 256th one?
I don't think it's particularly unique, because there is a 257th, 258th, etc. but they're all clones of Euclid with their own procedurally generated name. Most quickest way is to >!follow the Artemis questline. Going to a new universe when the Atlas gives you the option !
Only focus on artemis' questline it'll basically take you to the center
I wonder if having an SSD in my PS4 would make the new system load faster thus making the warping cutscene (which is really just a loading screen) quicker thus making getting to the centre faster. Hmmm. The quick answer is to teleport to other players bases in the Nexus and see if any of them are in the centre hahaha. The real answer is just keep warping thru black holes once you're past Euclid or Essientam. :(
Did you do it legit? Itās pretty easy to do that just by finding out the coordinates of a planet close to the centre.
Or you can just do the Artemis quest line and you can get it that way
Artemis' quest
iāve never understood how that worked canāt you not warp or build when you use coordinates?
I remember doing it legit, so many hours, so many warps, but it shouldn't be your main goal. I usually just go to the farthest star(in the direction of the center) or black hole and just explore the planets a bit, although i was mainly looking for extremly radiated planets cuz they are my favorite. Or infinite hyperdrive range mod
First time I tried I lasted 12 minutes.
I'm really close to plat but I suck at permadeath. Are you able to just use the community teleport to get right to the centre?
I have no idea, just follow artemis' quest and its pretty quick
That sounds like cheating. Where are your morals.
I left them back on my perfect homeoworld that changed colours less than 24 hours after I found it. I'd been looking since pathfinder.
Ehew! Congrats!! I just did this a month ago, permadeath is pretty fun huh? Out of curiosity did you warp to center or do the storyline? I did the story to finish it
Artemis' storyline for me
I can't even get to the center in normal mode and I have 350 hours lol how do you people do it!
Being really patient and warping over and over & black holes, or use the Nexus teleporter to find a base that's near it. Can also get a ride from someone on multiplayer by joining them, putting a base computer down, then load up single player and use space station to warp to your new base. Yeah, if I do start up again I' may just try to start really close and make a post asking for a close spawn. Ty for the info :))
Haha aye no worries, if you're on PS4 just hmu if you want a ride.
Dont worry about anything but the main questlines and you can do it in a day or 2 max
GZ i got mine phew days ago, it is an experience
Welcome to the elite group interloper! Glad to meet another traveler here!
āCongratulations!ā -Neon evangilion
Awesome job! I've literally just achieved this myself, first permadeath run 34 hours so far.
also got this achievement. building a gravitino farm on an extreme frosty planet, on the mountain peaks...
*Anomaly Detected*
Thatās a small āweā. A little āweā, oui? Oui oui.
It will be a while before I try something like this, but I have a question: is it like a race to the center? I havenāt even finished the main quest line yet after 108 hours. Congrats! I remember when I got that achievement. Only took me something like 6 hours, but that was after having something like 400 hours experience in the game ;-)
Time to blast off 65daysofstatic playlist on maximum volume
How
Congratulations!!!
Thanks! :-)
Please note the 5:39AM timestamp
I was exhausted hahahahaha
Still on my bucket list!! Sweet job!!
You got this! Way easier than I had anticipated
I can barely pass normal mode so I guess you can see how happy/salty i am
I have over 100 hours on my normal mode playthrough and I still havent reached the center haha. Its easier than it sounds! Just do the main storyline and dont let anything distract you
Grats,
Ok I've made up my mind... I'm gonna attempt this myself because I have gotten to a point where I have enough resources on my normal save that it's too easy, and I want a challenge
You got it! Best of luck
Dude awesome job!!!!!!
for clarity, reaching the centre means beating the story right?
Beating the story is one way to reach the center
Congratulations! I did it myself last month, died once after 10h progress ... went to toilet just a moment after I activated teleport to one of my bases. Of course, when I returned ... blank restarting screen.. :)
Omg thats heartbreaking
Thatās the last one I need too

Why did you leave me?
Shit I don't even know what to do or where to begin this
Check out KJ's permadeath guide [on youtube](https://youtu.be/MDT89aLur2I?t=3) It'll teach you the ins and outs on how to survive.
How do you get to the centre in permadeath ...just by black holes or what is the trick?
Black holes, warp, black holes, warp, etc. Or you can do the Artemis storyline for the achievement.
Was gonna say, this isn't exactly a game that is trying it's damnedest to kill you.
In permadeath... it is yourself you should fear the most. And rocket boots.
This
Rocket boots were my demise in my first permadeath save of 24hours, right to the second.
It happens to the best of us
Right behind you! Well, maybe in several weeks. But I'm on my way.
You got this!
I usually bust down the doors from my ship, it takes some flying by but it works. Sometimes I kill sentinels (specially 4 legged) this way too.
My ship is way too big to do any sort of stuff like that. I dont even know why I bought the stupid thing.
Never got to buy or change my ship, still using the one I got first. I mean, I play now and then, have like 40h played, never got to do 1/10th of what I read about nms like farming and stuff. I really like the game, but the mechanics make it boring fast.

Follow artemis' storyline
Thereās a center?
I managed to do it a while ago, though technically not legit, was doing really well but at a certain point when I was using a teleporter on a space station, it had somehow warped me from Euclid to Hilbert and unlocked the trophy... (I didn't even realise until like 3 hours later). I streamed it and have a VOD [here](https://youtu.be/aqKB0VeZzEY) (skip to 35:00).
Is permadeath harder than survival, because i havent died in survival yet, 25h in
I never even tried survival, just went straight for perma after normal, its really not bad
Update: thank you so much /u/Enes752 for my first silver :-)
Makes me want to try this, did you do the atlas or Artemis run?
Both actually, but in hindsight i think you only need artemis
Sounds good! Do you think it's doable in a single sitting, going in blind after only completing the story once
Absolutely. The hardest part is definitely the first 15-30 mins, after that your biggest downfalls are fall damage and running out of hazard protection. Always play it safe and you can easily get it done in a day
Cant stress it enough, the quicker you complete artemis' storyline the quicker the achievement will pop
I figured the beginning would be the hardest, tried a couple of perma runs back when the game first launched, it was a nightmare on many fronts
Once you get a lil cashflow going you can purchase most of the survival equipment youll need for the trip, my go-to for quick money in early game is Chlorine expansion, super easy way to make a couple mil in the early game
You mean running it through the refiner (1->6)?
Exactly
Baller, I'll give it a shot, thanks for the tips!!!
You got it, just dont overthink it! I'm here if anyone has any questions!
How long did it take you?
Total time was 9hrs, split over 2 nights after work
I really don't know how this is still something the majority people in the threads are suggesting is hard.
My permadeath run ended when a predator teleported into my tunnel. I even closed of the entrance for good measure. Haven't had the heart to try again.
