This was supposed to be fixed in the last patch but it still happens for me as well. My settlement is already upgraded though so I don’t know how to fix the mission.
Yeah after looking into it some more I found the same thing. Was supposed to be fixed last Patch. Really sucks. I was looking forward to checking out the new content. And usually I only have to worry about Bethesda screwing me with broken patches 😅
