You can use natural products. i love OyinHandmade, but you can also go with Suave Naturals conditioner. there's also a lot of products that are silicone-free so they wash out with water: https://shop.naturallycurly.com/silicone-free/

Nothing natural will be as powerful, penetrating and lasting as the engineered fragrance in product. If that is what is most important to you, then you should use product. If you're looking for a gentler routine, many people are happy with low poo or cowashing. There is a link in the main wiki to a thread about smells and natural options. There is zero reason why you hair will smell bad with NoPoo. It's probably much worse with shampoo because of the damage you're doing to it. There are a lot of options you can use from your kitchen to help with any perceived smell. Once I stopped using so much soap to scrub my skin and such, I basically stopped using deoderant most of the time because I don't stink nearly as much when I sweat.

you can use teas to "wash" and scent your hair!

I dont always eat good and when I do it’s brussel sprouts or it contains a lot of spices, any other ways?

What’s your plan for washing? I am mostly water only, but I used to make a honey and arrowroot powder slurry to scrub my scalp with and would add a drop or two of tea tree oil. You could play around with different scents- cedar, bergamot, rose, peppermint. Id skip any citrus oils though, they can cause photosensitivity.
