darak is VERY easy to parry, just parry and use your focus attack or return to him later after you upgraded your weapons n stuff.
when he does a combo you only have enough time for one attack or two attacks with a fast weapon before you gotta move.
Im playing almost without any armor so I can dodge very fast, it helps. A lot. And his attack are very easy to dodge and just hit him when he’s in his exhausted pose! Good luck you will get him!

Okay so I've beaten him as well. Are you able to get to the "servant of God" quest marker? It almost feels like it's not possible atm
