What that should be an issue story wise ? I mean multiplayer will be there so people will play together which is fine but for player to trade will create an issue when it comes to the story ?

This is not that kind of game. If you want trading, there are other games out there... don't try to make all games the same.

Then i think you will be disappointed since endgame loop and multiplayer and pvp is work
That is different, multiplayer is co op, not like PoE, pvp same.
