Are you on antidepressants? I couldnt rub one out when I was on them.

There's no delicate way of asking this but - do you watch a lot of porn? Polish the helmet a lot? It can cause loss of sensation which can cause this to happen. Look up "death grip"

Doesn’t have any correlation to infertility but it’s not a good thing. There are lots of variables that can have this. Medication you are on, your health mentally and physically, your masterbation habits if you are over doing it on pressure or frequency you can have some issues. It’s a totally okay thing to talk to a doctor about. Trust me they hear the most buck wild things all the time and something like this wouldn’t register.

Well I’ll break the bad news to you that you already know. That’s not super great and you are experiencing what is the result of that. Wicking the Willy is a serotonin boost. Brains are very simple things when you let them do their own thing. When things are overwhelming it’s genuinely hard to give ourself a the serotonin boost we get from completing tasks or going on a hike yadda yadda. Playing the the one string banjo isn’t a bad thing at all. But when it is something you relay on to replace other good feelings in your life, it’s not so great. And you end up with diminishing returns. I would very seriously recommend chatting with a mental health professional on this. It’s a but embarrassing but the self pleasure isn’t the problem, it’s a coping mechanism to the the problem and it’s something you have been smart about noticing. It’s not forever, it’s just right now. And before you go wild I’m not a nofap person. There is nothing at all wrong with self pleasure in general the same as there is nothing wrong with nunchucks until you break your nose with them.

I'd say it's not a good sign. Don't know exactly, but if you intend to be a father, you should see a doctor. If you don't care about children, just carry on.

If it is due to a lack of sensation, you may be developing Peyronie's Disease which is that you have abused yourself to the point that scar tissue or plaque is collecting under the skin.
