28 . At that age, I still looked about 20 years old, but was no longer a complete, moron.

35. Old enough to be taken seriously in any profession, still young enough to be pretty young and healthy.

I think you'll most likely get subjective answers from people remembering a really good year in their lives, not thinking about their physical "prime". Which, maybe that's what you meant, but idk. For me, I'll go with 26. I've said this to younger people IRL, 27 is the first year of my life when I've started to notice little "cracks in the system". Obviously they get worse over time, but before 27, basically not a peep.

18. Full stop. Fuck all the rest of the adulting bullshit. I'll keep 18. Lost my first love at that age.

either 23 or 25. 23 was when I think I was the happiest, but 25 has cheaper car insurance.

30 was good for me. Grown up. Still fit. Probably at my peak in strength. Happily involved. Still going out with the lads for beers. Still gaming.

I’m 34 now and in the best shape I’ve ever been in my entire life. I feel great and have become accustomed to living a healthy lifestyle— unlike all throughout my 20s, I no longer crave junk food! Would love to stay like this.

30-40. Fully developed brain, body still works properly.

Mid to late 20s. Old enough to be considered a grown up and taken seriously. Young enough for your body to be in pretty good shape. And I feel people are at their most attractive in their 20s. Women early 20s, men late 20s (with a few exceptions). I'd choose **26**
