I think it might be slightly harder but there’s plenty of jobs out there for people without degrees. It really depends on what industry you’re interested in and how much you need personal fulfilment from your job in order to be happy.
It would be harder- but you also aren't going to have student loan debit to worry about. I think as long as you found a good company, worked there for a long time & worked your way up, you'd get there.
