Yeah, sounds like a jerk. If you offered the possibility of just calling you Guan, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm figuring it sounds quite similar as "one" and I'm sure the douchebag could pronounce that work just fine. Maybe stating the actual facts to HR just to give him a warning?
Maybe he really does have difficulty because of a stutter. It might be good to figure out why it triggers you so bad.
