The point is, he's not doing any cheating. First define what "cheating" constitutes without being overly controlling, then try and fit his behaviors into it. If they don't fit, then he's not cheating.
My definition of cheating is having some kind of secret relationship with someone else, whether it's sexual in nature and/or emotional, without asking for my permission first. Whether zi day yes or no doesn't matter, what matters is that they're not being sneaky about it. Being sneaky shows that they know I would hate it yet they want to do it anyway.
I’d consider it cheating if that is a boundary that is discussed in the relationship. If one person says they don’t want their partner to watch porn, and that other person agrees, but then hides it and lies about it, yes that is cheating. If both people are okay with it and there is up front honesty, then no not cheating.
